I love this game but it does have it's issues that haven't aged well

More boring than the actual show. The free move mode is actual bullshit it just makes the game longer for no reason, Sometimes the game makes you go from a village to village by foot for no reason without anything happening in the middle. The combat is straight up ass with the sub mechanicbecause it's impossible to pull off and the game explains nothing. There is a lot of talking non sense, the same shit keeps repeating like never give up and other corny dialogues. This game made me not want to continue watching the show even more like wtf was that ending, Naruto literally conviced a literal ruthless vilain to sacrifice himself to save the leaf village with a couple of lines like don't give up and have hope. Maybe i'm just hating on the show but this shit was not worth my time, I hope storm 3 is better.

I enjoyed it enough, still playing through it slowly and I don't like naruto as much as I used to but it is a great way to re-experience the story I know nothing about playing online or if that is even possible. It runs fine on the steam deck single player though it does seem to expect the framerate to be 60 if you are like me and like adjusting settings to save power

Very good game and the story mode is phenomenal at portraying the events of the Pain Arc in Narut Shippuden. Gameplay is clean. Still don't know how my boy Sasori lost to Sakura and Lady Chiyo.

Personally, I like this game. The combat isn’t as smooth as the later games but has a steeper learning curb and annoyingly difficult jutsus to land. The gameplay can be a bit of a grind and the story isn’t presented super well and skips significant arcs to the story.

Great game however for 100% completion it requires the use of online play in 2025 this is practically impossible... believe it !
