I've managed to resolve the lag and other visual issues people had playing on a windows 10 PC, using dgVoodoo. I've written guide on how to do it, which is still in the approval process, however, there are plenty of general video guides online that should give you the gist of how to do it.

Good to finally be able to buy these Classic Hacking Games again.
Games run like they should with no problems here FPS are fine.
People read the System Requirements before buying the Dev Said for OS Windows 7 not Windows 10.
Allot of older stuff will not run on Windows 10 and thats not the Dev's Fault it Microsofts. They do not want
to support there older programming Languages on there newer versions of Windows.
If your Wondering My System Specs
OS: Windows 7 64bit
CPU: Amd Phenom II X4 925 2.8 Ghz
Ram: 16 GB
VIdeo: ATI Radeon HD 6570 2gb
No problems here running any of the games.
Final Note people should really understand that not all older games will run on all newer Systems. Microsoft OS's newer then Windows 7 out of the box are designed not to support older versions of Microsoft programming Languages.
-- Update --
I have tested the games on my Windows 10 Laptop The games have problems running under Windows 10.
But lik most games 10+ years old they where never coded to run on a 64 Bit OS on Windows 10 32bit they may run fine but I don't have a 32bit version installed to test them on.

Typical example of bad evaluation based on technical problems that are ruining the global evaluation. This behaviour should be banned, the point is to evaluate the game, not complain about it not running well on YOUR rig. I played with win7 and everything's ok.
Back to the games themselves :
Overall, they're nice if you're into this kind of game, and have played Uplink, Hacknet, Hacker Evolution and others, and crave for more.
Blue sky is the ancestor of all others and feels that way, but still enjoyable.
Digital Hazard is one of the best of the four, good story and evolved interface for a good time.
BS Hacker is not bad and seems like a lower version of the other very good one :
BS Hacker Unlimited. This one is the longest and the more developped, with all features from the previous ones. It announces Hacker Evolution but still with the almost unlimited bouncing which I prefer vs the limited bouncing in HE which make it more like a puzzle.
TLDR : Good hacking games in the console style, especially Digital Hazard and BS Hacker Unlimited to me. At that price it's a steal if you're into these kind of games.

The hacker games on their own are great. Some hacking game enthusiasts are put off by the linear nature of the hacker series but I personally feel it is a nice alternative to the "open world" feel of Uplink. The games do have some performance issues on WIndows 10 but most of them for me have been solved by using dgVoodoo. Moving on. The Hacker series puts you in the shoes of a hacker who has to infiltrate servers to perform a multitude of tasks. One mission may have you stealing information while another may have you uploading a trojan to a bank while stealing money. It isn't for everyone and as a matter of fact these games are about as niche as they come. However, if you have an interest in hacking and aren't turned off by learning typed commands for an old school operating system you should give it a try. It won't teach you to be a hacker but it will give you that feeling that maybe you do know what you are doing.

Game is unstable to enjoy at the moment, even at the 89 cent pricetag.
BS Hacker does not load properly and returns to Steam Library menu with enlarged graphics.
Digital Hazard loads but there is an input delay within the "Console" window making it difficult to type commands. Mouse cursor also lags making it almost impossible to click on a host in the "Visual Host Manager" map. Trace Progress count down timer in the "Host Interface" window is the only thing that appears to work properly.
I never played the original versions so I'm still interested as soon as everything is running properly.
Rig Specs:
GPU - GeForce GTX 750 Ti
CPU - AMD FX 6300 Six-Core 3.50 GHz
Memory - 8 GB RAM
O/S - Windows 10 PRO

THE GAMES ARE EXCELLENT !
Or at least, Blue Sky::Acceptable Casualties and BS Hacker Unlimited are.
Why the thumbs down then ? Well, unfortunately, I cannot recommend buying this bundle simply because of the state that half the games in it are in right now, and it's a problem that's been plaguing Steam for years. It just doesn't know how to handle old games at all. I don't know where the fault lies; whether it's the developers, Steam itself or Windows, I'm not sure.
What I'm certain of, however, is that half the games in this bundle are broken for many users, myself included. Blue Sky::Acceptable Casualties works like a charm, BS Hacker Unlimited works but is in 800*600 or 640*480 in the top left of my screen which makes it very hard to read and immerse myself (no idea if it was intended or not however, but I will assume it wasn't), Digital Hazard functions at the correct resolution but is HEAVILY lagging, and BS Hacker suffers from the combined problems of unlimited and Digital Hazard plus some more bugs like displaced text.
Until the games are working in acceptable conditions (ie. when the heavy lag issue has been resolved, and perhaps when all the games can run in fullscreen (it bothers me but I don't know if it was meant to run in windowed mode so i'm gonna keep my mouth shut for this one for the time being)), I do not recommend buying this bundle.
Will change to "recommended" when they are.
