Basically a good DLC, why? It gives more character to the 2 girls guiding you throughout Tokyo. Aside from the boob physics this is already one of the best DLCs I am willing to pay. But some slight complaints which one of them are the fact that there is no voice actors yet for this game which kinda is a bummer as I love my visual novels with voice actors included in it. Regardless this is a great DLC, I hope in the future we could get voice actors or we could get maybe a sequel to this game.

A very cool game for anyone who is interested in Japan and its culture, but cannot travel to Japan for financial or other reasons. It would be nice if further parts continued to be created, where the scope of the tour could be expanded a bit. For example, visit Japan on the ground, or visit some other places besides Kyoto and Tokyo, for example Hokkaido, famous for its beautiful landscapes, the possibility of climbing Mount Fuji, or visit the hot springs (with both girls of course ;), and I can immediately see Makoto-chan joking that there are co-educational hot springs, and Akira with a puffed up face saying that she won't let the protagonist enter the bath with them :D.
P.S: Please more Mako-chan!!!!

As far as we might disagree on the value of the game itself, this version is a huge improvements over the original release. With a lot more sightseeing spots, many other pieces of added content, more informative IU and support for wide-screen resolutions, it really helps the experience quite a lot.
I'm not sure if I care for the animated sprites, but other than that, the 2016 version is definitely the ultimate way of experiencing Go! Go! Nippon! If you really want to play it, buy this DLC now and ignore the original version completely.

Nice additions to the original and 2015 edition of the game
Pretty enjoyable additions to the game and it always a pleasure to come back to this game. The dual language on the same text box is great but where are the furigana? It is nice to be able to try to get better in Japanese thanks to the dual language but the lack of furigana for the kanji is rather inconvenient when reading an unknown kanji it makes it hard to know how it is to be read in the situation they are used in the game making it a bit of a problem if you mistakenly use the wrong pronunciation of the kanji. Otherwise it is a nice expansion to the game and one I would recommend to any already owning or planning to purchase the game.

Again a good DLC with lots of extra content
They scrabbed an ending though and replaced it with another one as far as I can see so far (but since you own the base anyway it doesnt matter ^-^)
The romance story is advanced and has more depth - yet still clishé -- but hey.. its a sidepart of the game anyway ^-^
Achievements are nice to have
Some old areas have been completely rewritten - there is barely any info from the old one instead new places.
Interesting and shortly detailed as always
New routes feature more fanservicelike and backgroundstory (f.e. Akira in schooluniform) - take it as pro or con
10/10
Con:
The new scenes have no foodp*rn again.. WE WANT QUALITY DRAWN FOOD VISIBLY!
BUT: If 2017 a new one appears... add japanese voiceacting into the dlc, kappa

Just finished the 2016 ver moments ago
Pros:
- Of course, more places, more scenes, all additionals, which means more places to explore, the more you know.
- Each destinations now got the picture of the grill who'll accompany you, nice touch, so no more get back to save game to take the other place in case you'll going out with "another girl".
Cons:
Sadly
- Some CG's are pretty weird, what's worse, most of those flaws found in Makoto-related CGs, not a deal breaker, but it's still a bit sad.
- Makoto again, her route, Makoto Route C, in this 2016 ver, i could say it was the worst Makoto ending compared to the initial and 2015 ver.
- Akira's route, well, even though i'm not that fond towars her, but i gotta admit that her previous 2 routes was better than both Makoto's, same goes here, it was better than Makoto's but not with a wide margin, if i could say, Akira's route in 2016 is her weakest route compared with her previous one *cough MuvLuv reference in the airport *cough.
- No epilogues, or after credits scenes for both route C, all of them are separated, without elaborating.
Despite those flaws (personally), it's still not a deal breaker for me, i enjoyed how they add more places, and more explanations in each destinations, it's a pretty unique VN afterall.
And i don't know if i'm speaking for all, or for the vast majority who play this one, or anyone.
But we need those two characters fully voiced.
I mean, they got moving sprites (even though they never change their poses lol), a full voiced one would be a nice touch.

The 2016 DLC isn't as much of a necessity as the 2015 was in terms of improvements to the game, but it's still pretty nice. The new romance scenes still aren't that great and the achievements are about as useful as you could expect for a VN, but the new locations start moving towards the lesser known areas in Japan, instead of focusing on the hotter tourist spots like the base game and 2015 DLC do. They're places that a lot of first-time visitors to Japan may not have even heard of, but they're each pretty interesting.

It's great. Just for people's information:
You do not need to buy the 2015 version. This launches separately from the original game.
As far as I can tell, it includes all the places from the 2015 version.
The interface is customizable where you can display Japanese and English simulataneously if you want.
There is no voice acting.
