Your mileage can vary. It depends how much you like being taunted and called "loser" when you are taking your time.
I like playing mahjong. I like taking my time. I DO not like being timed, and being taunted because I go to my own pace is more than I can take when I am supposed to be relaxing and enjoying myself.
But if that does not bother you, then this is an OK game

Nice game but I prefer a more leisurely pace. This is all about speed clicking your way to high scores.

Overall, I would say the game isn't worth it, a good laugh for a bit and then a lot of confusion and anger. Not bad for a cheap game to keep you occupied for a bit if that's what you're after but as a Mahjong player this was disappointing.
Here are some pros and cons I found when playing the game:
Pros
- Different game modes such as 3D figures and 2D, etc.
- When you have no more moves, it moves the titles for you rather than restarting the level
Cons
- GAME CALLED ME A LOSER HAHAHHA
- No settings for music and sound in menu
- Only settings for music and sound once you play a game and click esc
- Even when you have music and sound options off, still plays some odd sounds anyways
- No settings at all for screen sizes (takes up full screen)
- Has some added rules that it doesn't tell you about?
- Rules also contradict itself in that sometimes the rules seem to apply and sometimes don't
- Due to its originally 2D like design, you cannot tell what tiles are on top and what's below as easily
- When you click on a title, the visual is very distracting and annoying
