Better than SYNTHETIK: 2, but only if you're okay with 2 player coop instead of 4 player. The highs that you can reach in this game are so much higher than 2, even if it is more janky and unpredictable.

Good fun for a little while but "Unprecedented customization"? If only you could customize your buttons that would mean something since there's NO BUTTON REMAP options. One of the worst UI navigation I've ever experienced in my life (and I started with the NES). I couldn't even find a way to quit to main menu after starting a game. Maybe it's possible, but trying to find the way other than dying is really annoying.

Guns, Explosion, Best soundtrack, over the top-action and dopamine.

Haven't played many games with combat like this, but once it clicks it feels so excellent. It really manages swinging the pace between tactical, slow, room clearing combat to hectic firefights where you're dashing from cover to cover barely staying alive. Ejecting your mag/active reload and managing your heat also adds to the tension. Really difficult too. The crunchy sound effects are great, love how the bullet hits sound like metal being torn apart, and when you get hit it really does feel like it HURT. Cool visuals. Love how the environments look like a motherboard sometimes. Cons are that I don't feel like there's enough stuff to unlock/secrets for me to devote the time I did to something like Enter the Gungeon. Right now I'm still playing just because I'm enjoying the combat so dang much.

Difficult and intense. This game will really test your skill. *There's plenty of RNG*, however. If this is not your thing, this game will probably frustrate you.

Very enjoyable fusion of tactical shooter and bullet hell craziness. Art direction is very detailed cyberpunk (chef's kiss level on the gun models), has fast paced gameplay that rewards tactical approaches as much as RNG and twitch reflexes, and is on of the few games I can think of that has an active reload mechanic aside from Gears of War and Darkest of Days.
