This is just filler.
Honestly, im almost impressed that you could make a filler game in a choice game series.
The MC is somewhat out of comission for most of the book, there are weird slice of life elements that do not fit the theme and the buildup towards a climax ggoes nowhere wich leads to problems in the next book.
You cant even say that there is a railroading problem here like in the entries after this, because nothing really goes anywhere.
And no, it doesnt help at all that the not-climax gets revisited and expanded in the fifth book, because thats way to late to save anything.
