Hello loyal defenders,
This is a message I should have written long ago.
Defense of Castle Chilly has been in Early Access for many years, and it’s clear by now that the game will not be completed. I’ve made the decision to request its delisting from Steam, and as part of that process, I'm making this formal announcement to the community.
This project was a passion of mine when it began, but life (and technology) moved on, and I haven't been able to return to this project in any meaningful way. I know some of you supported the game in its early days, left feedback, or even just gave it a shot, and I want to thank you sincerely for that. Your support means a lot.
While the game will be delisted from the store soon, anyone who already owns it will still be able to download and play it from their library.
Thanks again to everyone who took a chance on Castle Chilly. It may be the end for this game, but the lessons I learned will be carried with me.

This is a game designed for HTC Vive and is unfinished. Quest 3 players must either adapt to the HTC keys or remap the keys to play properly. Only 2 of the 5 chapters of this game have been completed so far, and the last update was 98 months ago. If you are not a game hoarder, please think twice before buying.
