Caesar 3 is a simulation city building game. When it came out I played it all the time and was so excited to see that Steam offered it as a download. As you keep the city dwellers happy the city will evolve. Keep an eye on your money, talk to advisors and stay in touch with the people to find out what they want.

Definitely amazing but the Augustus mod is insanely addicting...

100/10 Augustus version ( FREE OPEN SOURCE MOD - just need the base game installed before using it)
Augustus makes this 98' game feel up-to-date in every aspect possible. Resolution, addons, coverage visibility.... the list goes on and on! Absolutely must have now that I have tried it. Feels like I wasted countless hours playing the original just trying out stuff lost as hell...
Oh, the best part - this was made before games required internet at all times. Enjoy it any time, any place without problems from connectivity. Almost forgot how priceless that option is these days from companies LOL (Steam included since Augustus opens independently from it)

talking to my dad about games, told me about this masterpiece, genuinely really enjoyable for a game that came out so long ago, its graphics are simple and nice, its gameplay is relaxing but also keeps you aware of what you need to do, its just very enjoyable
