Reigns itself is an amazing game. The book however, is not worth it. 50% not in english, 50% confusing pictures. Save your money and just have the regular game.

In this dlc we have a pdf file all about Reigns. This thing was part of the Collector's Edition. And I actually enjoyed reading through it all. It's not that huge, it's just 24 pages of stuff. Most of it is filled with various art and such. You can get this DLC for a very cheap price. Supporting them developers is always good. And overall: There's nothing negative to say. It's just a nice addition for the fans to enjoy. This thing gets the positive review from me.

Can't really recommend this wholeheartedly. It is kinda nice-ish, but not really worth. As a free download it'd be cool, since it's just a 24 page PDF file with some artwork you can also see ingame, some literary quotes and confusing pictures. But it's neither worth 99ct, nor is it worth 49. Doesn't sound like much money, but it really is for what you get. At first I was like "nice, a companion book, hope it's like in Ni No Kuni with lots of content" but that is plain disappointing. Don't buy it, not worth it!

Just got the DLC only to have no idea how to even make it work I looked everywhere, nothing shows you how its used. Edit: It's a PDF file in steam/steamapps/common/reigns Edit 2: Let me just go into detail what exactly this book DLC is (that I know of): ► It's a PDF file, an actual out-of-game book. ► It is 24 pages including the cover. ► It seems to be some sort of encrypted book, with hidden messages throughout. As far as what I can tell, this book is meant to be deciphered by the user. I don't want to spoil what I think it is, so you'll have to check yourself and see. Edit 3: Looking into it, it just seems to be a very confusing collectable. The book is able to be printed out and has a cardset. A good amount is in latin and I believe some in italian. Honestly, this thing is confusing, but since it was a dollar I could care less.
