It's a bit scuffed, but the blend of FPS and RTS is really good and leads to some cool moments. It's great fun with a group of people

The game can be very janky and confusing, but the combat, especially as executron, is an experience well worth the money! Put two Hard computers together and play as executron to join in the carnage. Command space fighters or mega battle cruisers or fight on foot with ground forces like infantry and massive battle mechs. There are so many moving parts to this admittedly awkward game, but when the parts move in unison, it's an experience that no other game has been able to replicate!
What is it? It's kind of an RTS/FPS hybrid... but that only scratches the surface. The CEO builds from a top-down view like a standard RTS and the executrons do the will of the CEO from first person. It works well as a single player, coop, and team-vs-team game. Build your custom empire with custom name, logo and sales product to dominate your competitors. Amass huge fleets of ships and ground forces as you bully out your competition. It's the only game I've played so far that lets me sell cybernetic space otters in bulk while simultaneously building a mega ship that doubles as a Death Star. Nuff said.

It has potential!
That being said , even tho it says it's no longer in early access the game needs more polish and its ripe with unimplemented features.
Even so I would recommend the game !

This game keeps it simple on the RTS side and the FPS side.
RTS SIDE
-Simple building management
-Simple Troop orders
-Simple Upgrades
FPS SIDE
-Simple aiming mechanics, similar to the FPS of Nintendo 64
-Simple Activation mechanics/ Entering a vehicle and flying.
This is a great start for mixing FPS/RTS, but lacks more in the FPS side rather than the RTS side.
Side NOTE: As A Kid that grew up in the 1980s-1990s I totally wanted to do FPS in my brother's Command and Conquer game. The closest we got was C&C Renegade. But without the RTS mode. It was not exactly what I wanted to do.
This game melds the modes best.
