Definitely a 50 cent game. If you like asteroids then play asteroids, this game as slightly less depth.

Here's me playing a single game and demonstrating the controls, how it works, and giving you my score of this game considering it's price tag: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=amw9lrIVSsc This simple to play, simple AI game simply delivers. Easily worth it's $1 price tag to any old school arcade game fan who has played old school games like Asteroids. The controls couldn't be simpler and is all controlled with the mouse. Left mouse button to shoot, Right mouse button to thrust in the direction your ship faces, and mouse pointer to control the direction you face. The controls are very responsive, and each level gets progressively harder with more and more objects to destroy as well as a goal to destroy 25 more then the previous level to advance to the next level. You have three lives to begin and if you die, your ship might spawn with objects on or near your spawn point, but it's okay as you have a few seconds of invulnerability allowing you to set yourself up to kill some more triangles. Simple game, simple controls.. hard to master. What more could you ask for in a game that costs under a dollar? My scoring using my standing Steam indie game scoring criteria gives this game a respectable 88% score (Value: 40/40; Fun: 24 out of 30; Controls & Bugs: 20/20; and Graphics and Sound: 4 out of 10) I consider this game a high recommend to most arcade game fans who appreciate a good old school style game, and give this game a "Must Buy" recommend to any fans of the original old school Asteroids game.

I actually hated this game. It takes a bit to turn and you die really easily. wouldn't recommend this unless you like challenging and old school games.

I have to say the aesthetic is very pretty and realistically there's not much reason to complain for a $1.09 game on sale for half a buck; But from a purely objective standpoint it leaves me wanting more in terms of gameplay and replayability. The game's store page is garnished with the phrase "How long can you survive?" but the game lacks any 'endless' mode. The gameplay workds on a level system, where you have a number of ships you need to eliminate and a new level is reached, with geometrically more ships to destroy. The transition should be seamless, instead the gameplay is paused for several seconds and you're caught waiting for nothing. And when you crash into a ship, the game is not reset. Instead you are set back to the last round reached which creates no pressure to survive. The gameplay is lacking and the weird pauses in gameplay completely destroys any immersion or focus. These are more likely to be code errors and poor function execution than lack of RnD; having taken a programming course and a half I know that these kinds of oversights can happen, especially for an inexperienced dev. It's not a flop, like I said it cost me half a dollar but I was hoping it would blow me away and let me beg my friends to spend the dollar for a simple and lightweight game. It was a good chance for Frizzank to try publishing a project though. More features and annoying immersion break fixes to come i'm sure.

Is a very nice game. Yes you arent getting top notch graphics or gameplay but for the price it is at it is a very fun and addictive game. It needs work but deffinatly has potenally for one of those simple games that are fun. Check out my review here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xVaXC-Vp1BQ&feature=youtu.be

An oddly mesmerizing game, not entirely like Asteroids, but not unentirely like it as well. You must blow up the ships. There are many of them. When you blow up enough of them, you move to the next level, where there are even more. That's pretty much it, but at the cost of a little over two quarters, that's enough. The sight of hundreds of amber monochrome triangles floating at you across the screen is almost soothing, in a way. After the first several levels, every level essentially becomes the "9" levels of Robotron: 2084. So if you enjoy you some 9 levels, well, hey. Shiperoids.
