Fun and informative simulator of 911 Operator job. Some shifts get really stressful, especially if you are understaffed, and you need to decide which call is more urgent and needs prioritizing. Some scenarios make you feel overwhelmed and helpess (rightfully so) and it feels amazing afterwards. Also, you can use in-game functionality to import any city of your choise, which is fun, though the lack of "extra" content calls make the gameplay repetitive after some time.

This game is cool in theory but it will give you so many calls in one game to the point it is unplayable to pass the mission around duty 8 every game and map.

It's a good game for sure. There are some draw backs that the developers need to take into account though. Once you have played through all the calls they get annoying. There also should be more big story lines I.e the bombing and the riot situations are fun but it is basically the only abnormal things you get to deal with. Still it is a good game and will kill some of your down time.

If you are kinda bored i really recomend buying this game it may seem like its not worth it it is, once I got a call from random parent he was crying about something really sad (I dont want to spoil you anything) and it was way too realistic. If you have few hours of live and want to spend money this is game for you.

Although this game is fantastic, I must admit that I'm pleased that I'm not a real 911 operator or, in my case, a 112 operator. Many more people died as a result of my decisions than those I was able to save. But I suppose that is the reality of the job, and it certainly gives me a deeper respect for those who do it in real life. The game emphasizes the importance of the daily decisions they must make. It's humbling to grasp the magnitude of the responsibility that comes with being an emergency dispatcher. It serves as a reminder of the value of rapid thinking and remaining calm under pressure in such vital moments. So, while I may have killed more people than I saved, the game taught me a newfound appreciation for real-life dispatchers. It's intense, challenging, and very eye-opening. If you're up for the challenge (and possibly accidently letting a few virtual life slide through the cracks like I did), it's definitely worth a shot. Just don't expect to always feel like a hero...
