I didn’t expect to enjoy 911 Operator this much, but it’s surprisingly addictive. Picking up calls, deciding what to do, and sending out units feels tense but satisfying. Some calls are funny, others make you pause and think. It’s not perfect, but if you like management or simulation games, it’s worth giving a shot.

I bought this game with it's DLC as part of a bundle. The game is very immersive and you can find yourself playing for a while! I think the DLC does add a lot more to this game as they add other emergency types. I think this game was a good idea as it gives the player a chance to see the importance of the role of the emergency services operator.
There are some frustrations with this game that have not been resolved which is a shame given the age of the game.
Sometimes the computer takes the call over and declares the call a non emergency and when you click ignore (after the call is ended) you lose efficiency and reputation, sometimes the loss is substantial.
At certain points in the game (between maps etc) the player will be shown multiple slides of information like first aid and what to do in a fire, on one of the slides it mentions that the most important question is to first ascertain where the incident is taking place before asking other questions that will be helpful to responders. However quite a few of the calls do not have this question listed first and you can lose efficiency for asking this question later on.
One particularly irksome call is for an oil fire that you can talk the caller through how to put out and even though it is successfully put out you still lose efficiency and reputation when you click ignore after the call has ended.
Even with the listed frustrations I would personally still play this game! :)

Really enjoy the story so far. Game play follows mostly the same formula as the others, but does it extremely well. Would recommend for anyone with even a passive interest in the genre. Not sure if the developer has plans for more, but holding out hope that they're far from done!

It's a good game, but be prepared to lower your audio or you'll get ear damages for life.
