This is my 4th review of another Dogenzaka game. I've played Destiny Princess, My Butler, Pub Encounter and now Office Lover. (I might be a little obsessed with otomes right now but that is besides the point) I gave thumbs up for those games because I really enjoyed my experience and I feel the same way with this game too. In my opinion I think Dogenzaka games might have not reach the right crowd.... I think these otomes may have been meant for us mentally deranged individuals and as a mentally deranged individual I am very happy going down this otome games rabbit hole (: The good: 1. I played through all the routes except one, the routes follow a similar premise but still enough variation between them to be interesting. 2. The spice was good, there were aww, ahh, and *gasp* moments that make this otome feel more like an adult romance BUT still with out the smut 3. The romance music is funny, I don't know why I just find the romance music comical. 4. The Character designs are well done and the CGs are well done as well. 5. I found the Characters to be humorous and charming, Kaido is a little mean but he's a great route for anyone who has a degrading kink + Possessive kink <3 6. The MC is naive but shes very passionate and hardworking. In the beginning its hard to see but she actually does show character growth at the end of the routes. I liked her character, she loves her job and I love seeing her passion because I feel the same way about my career, so for me personally she is relatable. The Bad: 1. Can someone please tell me why are sweet guy Ken didn't get a route, he deserved a route... especially in Hyoga's route I felt bad Ken didn't get a route.... 2. Now I'm not saying he was terrible but Saijo's route was a little disappointing, I would have loved to see more spice. I didn't finish my route for him but He had some pretty good lines and the Possessiveness was there... I was sad there wasn't much spice :( 3. Kaido really came for the MC guys, he was ruthlessly mean to her in pretty much every beginning route. (which personally made his route all the more satisfying with his possessiveness) But I can definitely see how anyone reading this VN would be secondhand offended by his comments. (I know I was a little) Last thoughts: This was one of Dogenzaka's more tamed games but I thought it was enjoyable nonetheless. I enjoyed all the routes except for the one I skipped, each route has its own spice, twists and funny moments. I might just be easy to please But I've been enjoying Dogenzaka's games, well I'm off to go play The Men of Yoshiwara: Kikuya!! <3 <3 <3
