I would say that is worth the $$ to check out, as the physics are good and the table's VR realization is also good, but as pinball tables layouts go it was pretty lack luster. I played this a few hours and while it was still challenging and my score kept improving, there seemed to be only 4 trajectories for the ball to go. There are upper left and right flippers but they’re not placed in such a way that there’s a specific shot for them. The upper right gives you access to hit the same loop that the bottom right flipper gives access to, but the shortened upper left flipper seemed pointless. Some odd design choices, such as the only (3) pop bumpers in the game being set off to the left and contained inside a box limited the purpose of those bumpers to that enclosed space. The 2 sets of drop targets only go down on one set on the left side as far as I can tell ..the other right-side targets appeared ornamental. I couldn’t find and guide on this table so when I got the glowing head all lit-up and raised sending perfectly timed shots at the center didn’t do anything but beep that I score a point. With such a spectacular 3-D spinning head surrounded by drop targets I had expected the drop targets I hit to be shown as knocked down or better yet, a perfectly time shot would put the ball in the ‘summoners ”mouth. Again, this was more ornamental than functional. I'm using a Quest3 so I'm not sure if this makes a diff. I dont think it matters.

Pretty damn amazing stuff! Certainly got the wow factor when it first fired up. Was far better than I expected. Ball physics is impressive and table design is pretty damn good too. I was actually having fun on it. It does need an environment to sit in, but I realise it's WIP so that's cool. When your ready, i'm cool with that. One thing I did notice that would be greatly beneficial would be some sort of haptic feedback for the flipper buttons. That's one thing that virtual experiences can't help you with... that sense of touch. So unless your gonna go to the trouble of putting a long box or something to use as a place holder, then haptic is the way to go. Love the game and performance was really great and details was so good close up. Well worth picking up!

Regretfully, though I mostly enjoyed this otherwise fine Pinball Evlution VR table, the ball repeatedly became stuck in the same location in over half the games. And even worse, no response from developers. Refunded (for now.) Thank you.

First of all, i have all the pinball games made so far for VR. I've been playing Pinball FX2 VR and also have Zaccaria Pinball. I've just bought this, played and boom! Physics are extremely real, true to real kind! Graphics are all good. Ambient is cool but only one thing, just some more tables please!

Better now that you can complete the orbits, though it seems a little odd that you can, with the ramps inclines being so steep. Seems like the ball must get a dark matter assist to make it through. The table is a little sparse but it's infinitely more playable now. I like it. Try Zaccarria Pinball in VR, especially the remake tables and Pinball FX2. If you like this, you'll love those.

I am updating my review posted Aug 2017. 5 out of 5 Stars. My user on Pinball Evolution is TW Pro's This game is great. First off you can sit down and rest your hands however your want because the only functions are to activate flippers and the plunger. Specific hand placement is not needed It is extemely realistic the physics are spot on. The developers are responsive to comments by players. The sound and visual effects are perfect for the style of table. The real improvment over actual pinball are the effects on the balls, changing colors, on fire etc. It is great game to introduce new players to the world of VR There are no motion sickness triggers that many games cause due to the players not being used to the visual aspects. Con's (These have nothing to do with game play and would not stop me from playing) Between plays the scoring sytem could go faster. A graphic running from 0 to your score on that turn plays followed by a multiplier (x2 x3) that is added after the intial graphic. The higher the score the longer it takes. Then it adds that to your total score. I think the first part where the score runs up from 0 to your score should just show your actual score on the turn followed by the multiplier. The other thing and its just a small annoyance, If you did not achieve the 2X multiplier or highter is shows a graphic that says ( x0, when it should be x1 The music played during the score add up should be darker or demons laughing, breathing. There is nothing in the game play itself that I don't like. For the price you can't beat it. Would be cool to see some classic pinball tables but I am sure licensing is too expensive. If they keep making games of this caliber there is no need to copy older games. In the digital world the possibilities are endless and I look forward to what these developers will come up with next.

WOW! This is amazing! The physics are spot on. THe graphics and the atmosphere are stunning. It feels real and totally immersive. I really like the design of the machine and I'd love to see more. Honestly, I've spent far more on real pinball machines that were not half as good. Well worth the price. Looking forward to see what comes next.

Despite the cheap price, this is a quality game. Screenshots could be misleading because you're into a full darkness: the pinball is the only light avaliable and lightning has a role in the whole experience. From the VR side, scale is perfect and everything is smooth and detailed (it's Unreal based) with a good use of handtracking. It looks just as a real pinball in front of you. I would love to be able to use coins from my pocket instead pressing a button, and some tilt gestures to punch/pull the table as well. I'm confident we'll see something in next updates. From the game side, pinball simulations today are almost lifelike and this one is just as good. Only one table here, I suppose the game don't want run after Zaccaria and FX2 on expansions, staying in a different price range.

The graphics are very clear. The controls are good. This game would just need better playfield art and optimized physics and then you got a great game. You should give it a try if you're into Pinball. (Played with HTC Vive Cosmos)
