I'm only reviewing this badly because I never got the pack, probably due to some weird cloud saving or local files selection thing. It was really cheap, I don't mind too much, but it's just unfortunate that I didn't get anything.
Edit: After talking to Customer Support, I got all my stuff back. I have now changed this review to be positive.

This is definitely not worth it when it isn't on sale, but I got it 50% off on the Halloween sale which is actually 50 cents cheaper than the normal Club Membership. This is EPiC!!! You get about 10 times more medallions than you normally get, you get some bloon skins, and of course you get the club (lifetime) membership. Instead of getting a normal club membership I advise you to wait until a sale and buy this.

VERY worth it during the steam summer sale BECAUSE you get permanent club access, you get 15k medaillons rn instead of 5k since theres a 3x sale going on and if u get the perm club access you can play all premium maps permanently, get 6X instead of 3X when u purchase smth and yeah thats all i have to say

This isn't worth its price.
Club access is $7.50 I think, medals are worth little as you get a ton from battles compared to what you get from buying them but they are very expensive to buy. Energy and bloon tattoos are worth a very small amount.
This doesn't add up to $18 to me.

Super worth it when its on sale. Got it for 90% off and for that little money, it provides an excellent value and most importantly, your balloons say LOL.

would very decidedly not recommend when not on sale but for 90% off on sales it's kinda ok for the club access (the medallions are also cool for casual players, although they don't compare at all to what you get grinding competitive and the energy can't be stored and won't regenerate more til it goes below the cap so it's not great unless you're going on a binge run anyway.) mostly leaving this review because honestly support spent a bunch of time dealing with me after my rewards from this pack went to a blank new account (MOBILE PLAYERS BE SURE TO LINK YOUR ACCOUNTS *BEFORE* YOU PURCHASE THIS PACK AS YOU WILL NOT GET A WINDOW TO DO SO BEFORE THE PACK IS REDEEMED) so I feel kinda obligated to.
Game itself is fun to me especially as a mobile game, obviously make sure you enjoy it before buying a pack for it but i kinda do and it's surprisingly deep strategically so. yeah.

Guys, I had a problem while purchasing the club starter pack for my girlfriend´s account, i bought it and then i logged in her account to check if the purchase was succesful, but when I opened the game, the meddallions and the energy went to a local save instead of her account saves on the cloud and i couldnt get the meddalions and the energy back but at least she recieved the bloon skins and the club membership. I bought it on december 24th 2017, I hope they can solve this troublesome bug. (Im sorry for my misspelling, Im not a native english speaker)

Unless you want the exclusive decals, I wouldn't recommend this. Just get the regular club access, it's cheaper.
5000 medallions, while a good deal in comparison to the other medallion offers, is still a ripoff. Three games of ceramic crucible will net you more than this. Maybe it's good if you want to get a head start on the game, but either way, it should only take a few hours of playing from the beginning to get the 5000 meds. The energy is also pretty useless, you refill your energy without that much time.
