I really like the new music. The devs were also nice enough to put this one in the soundtrack folder after all.
My original review (negative):
The new music is pretty good, but as with most (possibly all) music DLC for both EU4 and CK2 for a while now, the music doesn't appear in the soundtrack folder in the mp3 format.

Good Ck2 Themed Rock! album. I kinda wonder what will happen If they make a full Prog Album for CK2. Talented People.

This DLC is ruuuuined by the last song, 'We're That Perfect Storm.' It sounds nostalgic to the point I want to vomit, and this is coming from a guy who used to listen to the Eagles. Let's just say I've gained a thorough appreciation for the skip song button. Shame because I really enjoy the other tracks. It'd be nice if in the launcher you didn't have to check off the whole entire DLC, but rather individual songs.

The DLC contains only the .ogg files for in-game use. No MP3 files are provides as with previous music packs. Am I doing something wrong?

It has a similar sound to Guns, Drums, and Steel from EU4

I bought a bunch of the DLCs while on halloween sale yesterday. I don't know about the other DLCs yet, but this is definitely an awesome addition.
This DLC definitely rubs me the right way. Had I known sooner about this when it was first released I'd have bought it immediately - at full price.
I'm posting this review on this as well as the other metal DLC.

The Swedes know Metal well.... Incredibly well, they know when something doesnt need lyrics, or voice, they know how to make something as epic as can be. I cannot not reccomend this soundtrack. Its not super bullshitty stereotypical screaming metal or anything you might just assume by reading 'Heavy Metal', No this is more melodic than hard, and while I do enjoy a good hard, heavy metal this works really well.

This is actually my first review. So there was a hiccup with there not being mp3s with the initial release the devs quickly addressed the issue I think that is great, just to say that. I listened to the songs and while I think viking metal is better they are not bad songs (in my opinion, which is this whole review, my opinion) though.
They don't seem to jump out as much to me. I look forward to more music dlc such as this and hope they keep up the good work.
