The game was a good time killer at first. The vehicle controls however are too wonky and the contruction towards the end became too tedious to finish.

A good game for sure. There's not much grind as long as you follow the story. The story is very basic and easy to follow although not making for a entertaining experience. Not a lot of stuff to do after you do all the story though. Equipment is a little buggy but for me it only failed in funny ways that don't ruin the game. The selection of tools is very common among the equipment found irl, although the best tool is the explosives as I love stuff that goes BOOM!! Overall : This is a very basic game that is good for its era but could definitely could have been made better. 6.7/10

Very short but enjoyable game. After you finish buying and building all 11 properties in Sunrise Valley there is no more left to do but demolish properties in other map as you can't buy properties anywhere else. Though as a last reward you get C4 to blow up things, kinda fun as its easier now demolishing anything but it gets old fast. Still I can recommend this it doesn't waste your time much.

Bought if for the kids... They haven't got a turn yet. XD I honestly was just trying it out to see if they've be able to figure it out, but ended up spending nearly 4 hours playing it so far! Game play is straight forward and controls are both intuitive and on screen in a nonobtrusive manner for people who need them. It's relatively simple and somehow oddly relaxing.

A fun little game where you can demolish and build. it features, upgrade tools, hire workers and buy new vehicles. there is also a XP system which levels you up your licence so you can buy new tools. also there is collectable hard hats which don't unlock anything. this game ran smoothly without any crashes 7/10

My kid loves this game. Thank you for making it. There doesn't seem to be many like it or else I haven't come across them yet. The stuttering issues seem to be because of a lack of Vertical Sync. Not sure. But even so we've had fun.

Demolish Build 2017-2018🚛 This game was one of the best for me because on that times there weren't much games like this one. Like building your own company hiring workers for your company its was unique. Your company is going global. Use big machines to demolish huge buildings or go close and personal and use your hammer. Buy land properties, upgrade your machines and hire workers in different parts of the world. I had a chance to play Demolish & Build 2017 i remember that i enjoyed lot and i had ideas with me, i was talking to myself saying "Hmm this could be change like this tools can be like this bla bla.." and When i heard that 2nd game of this going to come out i was really excited about the new game. So yes kind a same had same problems. So What was the big change was the graphic. But still i enjoy playing this 2 games. And 3 weeks later there will be 3rd version of this game will come out. Can't wait to see and I hope they are going to do better job than 1,2. Story📖 About the story there not much story line in game. Main Mission is to build a kind of demolition company and hire some workers go demolish some place earn money buy new tools upgrade your place, This goes like this. Like its endless game. 6/10 Game Play🎮 So in the game there is no Big deal Story line. Its basic game like u build your company and getting jobs to demolish places. Upgrading your equipment and upgrading your company classic things. But its Enjoyable After playing games like House Flipper or Builder simulator this game will be good for you if you are tired of building :). Controls of game is good but driving is soo bad it is same in First and Second game it was really bad, Sometimes when game want you to break a place u can't it enters bug so u should reset the game this is annoying. And last one is FPS drop like idk why it drops lot sometimes I'm using RTX 3090 ti still have some fps drops only in this game. I hope on new game can be fix and better than this 2 other game. 5/10 Graphic 👀 First game was ehh on graphic still it was enjoyable but for that time graphics could be good. After 1 year they bring us Second game Which is Demolish & Building 2018 and yes graphics was way better than first one but there was a some FPS drops. Graphics are way better on 2nd game. 6/10 Music🎼 For this part idk what to say there weren't anything special music. It was classic musics weren't that much attractive to the game. it was just to make your sleep to come. It could be better with good music that gives you little bit energy to attract to game. 5/10

Where do I start. First of all - it is not a sandbox. Sandboxes do not have any set end. In this game your last "mission" is to build an office building. End of story. Secondly it is but a short campaign - you get missions that start with the acquisition of a campsite, and you end with the aforementioned office building. With some wooden sheds etc in the meantime. Much better is the demolition work, but as mentioned above - it ends quickly with the game informing you that you should take vacation. Not a sandboxy stuff at all. Third point - there is no way of replaying it. It is simply too tedious. For me the proverbial final nail in the coffin was... my excavator getting stuck in some pipes on a derelict oil refinery site (the size of this refinery is similar to an average sized KFC or Burgerking. Of course - I could have "summoned" the excavator again via parking sign - but it is not the point. Game has its glitches. Some of the most annoiying is the traffic. Just imagine - you summon your, say, truck. It appears in the middle of the road and all incoming cars ram into it. Kamikaze? Also - sites where are located buildings that are about to be demolished are full of materials that you are not allowed to touch as it will break them and will cost you some money. Sounds fair? Not really. Especially when you think that you are not able to even scratch surrounding buikldings using a crane with a wrecking ball. So there are 2 missions on the same site. On the first one you demolish a building, on the second you have to demolish 4 chimneys. Of course the chimneys cannot be scratched during the first mission. 4th think - physics. My oh my. I have certainly learned new things about physics owing to this game... And the list of such great ideas goes on and on. So better to looks for another gme.

Game works very well, no problems with anything. Nice learning curve and adding new items, perfect pace. Some nice touches indeed. If you like knocking things down and upgrading machines, this is the perfect game and hardly costs anything. 10/10

I don't know what I expected. As someone who actually uses heavy equipment every day, I keep finding details that make me go " What the ****, this is NOT how it actually works!!!!!" The good: No foremen to yell at you. No laborers to get in your way. No paperwork to fill out. No waiting around for hours for certain things to happen. You can take your sweet time getting the job done. Cons: Physics engine is junk. Some of the equipment is based on European models. Why use a cabover dump truck and lorry, yet your grocery getter is a ford raptor? Where does this game take place? I've seen some of the exact same vehicle models in other games, so they are either open source or taken directly from other games. Where are the pendant lines and hoist rope on the crawler crane? Dirt should not just go *poof* when you run into it...you have to push it around. Frankly the graphics suck for a game released in 2016, especially for the load this game puts on my graphics card. The UI is confusing. The map icons are too small, can't be resized. This is a 5 dollar game, not 15 or 20. And it's an arcade game, not a simulator. It's still fun, but calling it a simulator is insulting to other games that accurately simulate their real world counterparts.
