AI will magically pull out almost nothing but +2s, +4s, and skips whenever they are forced to draw a card, but it's still fun with friends or randos. The DLC is overpriced for what it is, so don't bother with that. Also certified Ubisoft moment with people randomly disconnecting as is standard for their online games.

- UNO itself is fun. The launcher experience, is not. If you're willing to work through the problems that can and will happen with the launcher, you'll have an otherwise great time.
Runs under Proton on Linux.

A very fun game. The best thing about the virtual version is that you can also play singleplayer with bots as your opponents.

The launcher is just as frustrating as all the other reviews make clear.
Inviting friends into a lobby or even just accepting an invitation is unnecessarily complicated and buggy.
There's no way to adjust any settings while in a game or a lobby, whether it be resolution, fullscreen/windowed, or audio volume (and the audio is obnoxiously loud by default).

making a ubisoft account is stupid asf and there's no crossplay to my knowledge but it's uno, so you can't really go wrong with it, this game should be free tho

Don't buy it through steam, it's a mess. If you really want it, get it through ubisoft connect(ubisofts far glitchier and more annoying game launcher). You could also do yourself a favor and instead save your money or spend it on a game that'll be much less of a hassle to access.

Great game to play with friends, especially from different areas of the world.

Game is a tad bit buggy; but a generally enjoyable time if you have a group of friends with you.
One round can last multiple hours at times though...

For something as simple as UNO I have no idea how Ubi have managed to make it so unstable and buggy. Getting rooms setup with friends and invites is a mess that only works 50% of the time. Crashes frequently, avoid this and just play UNO in Tabletop Sim, at least it'll work..

Bought with wrong Ubisoft account and they refuse to transfer it. Direct quote from Ubisoft Support: "We are not able to transfer the games to the account/from the account you requested. This is all according to internal policies. We cannot elaborate any further."
So now I can't play Uno and have no way to resolve this. I'll likely be refunding soon.
