So besides never actually receiving any of the items from the 2 starter packs or any of the promised items I got with the game, I think "okay whatever I didn't care about the starter packs anyway I want to play through the DLC so no big deal". The main game had around 3 or 4 problems that worked themselves out or were small enough to ignore (besides the atrocious optimization for a game that is almost 10 years old by now) with no crashes. Then went to play the DLC I bought. No GPU or CPU spikes nothing out of the ordinary, the game crashes no logs no nothing. Reload the save 10 minutes later different area exact same issue rinse and repeat to where I take a break and get completely off. Look it up these crashes are common in the DLC, they been known since 2016 when the DLC was released. No patch fixes? No work around? They have such high security on a single player game, for what? Square Enix has some of the most amazing game worlds yet they love fucking up the things players love. Save your money please, this game spews about corrupt companies taking advantage of the less fortunate yet it does just that "Note: this DLC includes some consumable items which will permanently disappear from your inventory once used (including ammo, darts, grenades, weapon parts, Praxis kits and credits) and will not be available in subsequent play-throughs or other saved games."
