It is a genuine looped art demonstration that fits perfectly into a VR space (with added binaural audio). The screens use heavily compressed video, though, and it shows in the darker scenes and the ones with lots of slower movement. When I purchased it, it was $0.99 which I feel is perectly priced for what it is. This is a good demonstration of what VR can do outside of games.

What was this about! A cyclist having a mid life crisis would be my best guess. It surprised me in that it is all animated on five big screens, I was expecting a static art gallery display so it was a plus and engaging all the more for this, I like all the different things the Vive brings to the table, Art installations to the gamer hell yeah! Support the different and diversify and as in the words of the Pop Group "**** art let's dance!"

Let me start by saying for $0.99 its worth it if you like an artsy take on VR. I am intrigued with alot of the animation style and I'd like to see more of it. I'm just not sure I like having to ambiguously turn to see what is going on. The experince could benifte from beter binaural audio and to beter direct your atention to things as they change and evolve. Overall I am glad I gave it a chance and look forward to more.

This is one of those ones where you just lie down and watch in the middle of your play place. It does go on a bit long though, but if you're looking for a evocative, subtle, meditative experience (and you really do want to kill 15 minutes) you will enjoy this. I don't think it features any advanced positional audio technologies, but it nice to have the sound come at you from varying angles. Well executed. Not sure I fully understood it but if you like arty stuff then join me in supporting Yo-Yolin and buy it! A nice feast for the senses :-)

Like any new form of media (which is how I view VR), we need experiments to find out what works well and what doesn't. Ricerca is certainly one of those. It's not profound, but I liked it and appreciated it as a noble experiment in media. TLDR: It's cool - try it. We need more stuff like this.

I wasn't entirely sold on Ricerca VR when I first booted it up, but I have to admit that it grew on me quite quickly. The binaural audio works well in drawing the user's attention to the various screens around them. As an artist, this form of storytelling was both interesting and inspiring for me to experience. I would recommend this VR experience for anyone who is invested in VR art and it's various forms of expression.

[h1]Experienced on Windows Mixed Reality[/h1] This is a purely cinematic experience. This isn't really VR. You're in a VR environment sure, but it's just a sad white room with 5 big screens where you can see a 2D film play on on those 5 screens and you can sort of get immersed in the different happenings on each screen. Sometimes there will only be one screen showing, other times all 5 screen will be showing different perspectives of the story. Whole affairs takes approximately 12 minutes (the experience does restart on its own and has an abrupt conclusion). There is good spatial audio. The drawings and animations, in my opinion, were not all that great. The story was very artistic and experimental. There is no dialogue. This experience really wasn't my cup of tea. You may enjoy it more than I did, but I can only give it a neutral recommendation, mostly due to the low price. [b]Rate 5/10. Buy if you're into artsy, college-level productions.[/b]

I love to see content like this growing up, VR is not only meant to be game oriented. The installation itself was good, it makes you feel like you are in the museum. Great work!

A-m-a-z-i-n-g. This is really cool immersive vr art experience! You really feel like you'd be there in the room with massive displays. Well done! More stuff like this please =)
