My kind of game. A rogue like reverse bullet hell + bullet hell. Active shooter. I highly recommend playing with a controller and disabling all aim assists while playing on Hard. Definitely adds to the challenge! I just got a 174 kill streak to start my game playing this way and the feeling of accomplishment is incredible. Tons of unlockables as well. The only recommendation I have is for even more weapon types. I feel like this is where Dead Cells and other games really nail it. To be fair, I'm only 7 hours in.

Not completely un-fun, but just not for me. Your character is quite "floaty" as if gravity has been turned down some. Enemies aren't all that difficult, but as a results of that floatiness I mentioned, you're going to die more to environmental hazards than you will to enemies. Which is frustrating. Another minor gripe is the comic book art style, which is heavily featured. I don't read comics and never have. Not into it and I can't take the action seriously as a result. As a dad of a two year-old, I have to be very economical with my money and time, so my bar is pretty high as far as liking a game enough to spend my precious minutes on it. Not the developer's fault. I'm sure there are plenty of people who would like this if they enjoy twin-stick platforming shooters.
