I have enjoyed this game very much so. Out of all the WARHAMMER 40K games . This one by far reminds me most of that dark and beautifulk universe . Cannot wait for 2 ! A PRIMARCH HELLO!@$#$2#$

Where I yet have no idea what to do with the Space Marines, the Tau feel like they can play any number of roles from tanky/smashy to sneaky/snipey/agile. Its good shit although the moment someone flanks you, you're dead. Decent balance, I suppose.

***I have this DLC for free for EA preorder*** I really like this DLC, adding yet another race, more diversity, more unique-ness. I must confess for I kinda enjoy playing as these particular Xenos, I like how their ships work and auxiliaries are...just pretty damn strong :D I definitely can recommend this to anyone who is liking BFG:A so far, its a nice piece of addition

This DLC for Battlefleet Gothic Armada adds the Tau Empire into the game. The Tau is good at long range battles. The ships they have look really cool, the voice acting is good, special abilities are nice. Oh and you have 2 like doctrines that you can choose at the beginning of each battle. One of them makes you more accurate the other one makes your boarding parties stronger. Pretty cool stuff. +Nice ships. +Good voice acting. +Good special abilities with 2 doctrines that you can choose at the beginning of each battle. -Apperantly there is no campaing. Not like it matters. The main games campaing wouldn't even fucking open. If you already own the main game and you want this DLC then sure you can get it in a discount.

No campaign. So effing sick of 40K licenses being handed out to amateurs who can only afford to do the basic "Spess Muhreens only" thing. Bring back Dark Crusade quality licenses, until then I'm done with 40K games forever.

Assumed from the trailers this would be a new campaign, it is not. You can only play them in custom, one-off matches and multiplayer. I thought this may be my own fault for not reading the description clearly enough - but all the description says is: This DLC allows you to play as the Tau Empire fleet, featuring all-new ships, castes and gameplay mechanics, as well as the unique Warfare system. No conditions (like can't play in campaign at all) are mentioned. This feels extremely dishonest. I am requesting a refund as I have played less than 2 hours since installing the game and because I believe it to be falsely advertised.

This doesn't add any single player content or story. Just adds ships for you to play multiplayer or single battles with. In my mind not really worth it.

Tau is a unique faction with its long range and ability to bring tons of smaller ships. It also has a more diverse fleet compared to the rest which really helps. Only thing I wish they had was a campaign style mode where each win/loss mattered. It doesnt have to have a story, because that would increase the price, but they could have something similar to the main campaign without the story elements.
