very unique and active take on the tower defense genre. since [you] are the thing that needs defending you run around trying desperately to not get killed while your summons do their best. music is great, graphics are honest, gameplay is challenging.

I got less than three hours on here but spent a hundred or so hours speedrunning Part 1 on the XBox 360. Every time I play this game I'm surprised just thinking about how unique each scenario feels and makes the units feel, even though there are only three units. That, and the fun and interesting take on tower defense alone, is worth the five bucks, but the music brings it to another level. The Soulcaster and Escape Goat soundtracks are among my favorites, and Ian Stocker is an amazing musician, making these games evolve from an enjoyable once-or-twice through to a great zone-out game once you know the patterns while you take in the music and the pixel art.
