+Beautiful modeling. A wonderful world floating in the sky and an inspiring example of what vr can bring to storytelling
- why would the town let the daughter of the woman who sacraficed herself to save nearly every one of them go hungry/cold in the streets?? her self sacrafice seems pretty clear and once told I would think they would be honored to take care of the now motherless daughter.. though since theres several homeless people in the sky village i guess they just arn't very nice people.

A VR short movie which is well done and definitely worth checking out for the feels. Can't say I would pay for it though, since the story end abruptly and is incomplete. That, and there isn't any interactivity to the experience (well, other than head tracking to get different perspectives).

A lovely 15-minute film. I didn't find it as emotional as most reviewers because I know "The Little Match Girl" that this is clearly based off of; kindof spoiled the ending. It does stoke my excitement for the future of VR films, though! This is a good start.

Alumette is a VR short animation film, in the same vein as The Rose and I, except it's loosely based on a tale by Andersen instead of The Little Prince.
The story is nothing to write home about, and the whole experience isn't interactive at all, but the exquisite animation and immersion provided by VR still makes it an essential addition to one's VR library. It's also a good title to introduce your friend and family to VR for the first time, because it is quiet (no risk of motion sickness) and requires no control to master.
