Great game. well made, re-playable, and lets you feel like a terrible person while saving the world! And I've honestly been looking for that for a while.
Congrats to the creators.

Being that the game is EXTREMELY short not really worth the $6.99 cost
The concept is amazing, but for the length its not worth it.
Plus the game doesn't exactly make it hard to tell who the contaminated is...
If this game had ALOT more content to it like multiple rounds of 3 people you have to choose from I could EASILY recommend this because I love to concept... But this game needs ALOT of polishing
2/10 would not recommend in current state
Summary
Interesting premise and execution. We liked the full motion video and how it's triggered to help figure out who the infected patient is. The background score is appropriately sullen and adds to the weight of the difficult decision the game wants you to feel you have to make. Visually the game also creates some great atmosphere with a nice grain filter and dulled colors.
Gameplay itself is somewhat minimal with the player mainly operating buttons and levers and seeing reactions. You can also just fast track everything by guessing which of the 3 patients is infected, and if you get it wrong, you can just speed back to that point in the game and try again. Granted, that's really only going to cheat yourself out of trying to figure it out (although we did this and, with the doctor running in and out of the bunker in like 2 minutes, felt like some kind of superhero).
Overall, we enjoyed it!

Who Must Die is a simulation that provides an experience akin to an "escape room," where players assume the role of a doctor. The primary objective is to heighten the player's awareness of their choices and the potential ramifications these decisions may have on human life. Players are encouraged to explore, investigate, make decisions, and directly witness the outcomes of their inquiries.
To enhance the enjoyment and immersion of the game, we incorporated videos featuring the team. The premise is intriguing, and the execution is commendable. The full-motion video elements are effectively utilized to assist players in identifying the infected patient. The background music is suitably somber, contributing to the gravity of the challenging decisions the game prompts players to confront. Visually, the game establishes a compelling atmosphere through the use of a grain filter and muted colors. The entire gameplay experience can be completed in approximately 10 minutes. However, it is worth noting that many achievements do not function as intended. Overall, this game is exceptionally entertaining and distinctive! If you are contemplating whether to play, I highly recommend it! I eagerly anticipate the future projects from these developers; they are producing remarkable content!
Warning: Broken Game!
This game has design/implementation defects that will render this unplayable for many gamers. The game crashes to desktop 100% of the time, after less than a minute of playing. The developers have no interest in remediating the defects in this broken game, it's abandoned.
I'm not really sure if Who Must Die is an asset flip. Some elements of this game certainly make it seem like the developer put some effort into assembling some kind of original here. On the other hand, a lot of the game assets don't seem like they were created by the developer, but they haven't credited any asset creators for supplying assets, which might be a case of plagiarism. There's no evidence, so we need to give the benefit of the doubt... regardless, asset flip or not, the quality here is indistinguishable from many asset flip/cash grab scams, and that's a problem in itself.
Who Must Die is a short first person horror adventure game where you must diagnose three patients in a hospital. One of them is infectious with a virulent disease so you have to "take care" of them, and apparently they don't know about pathology so you need to work out if people are sick or not by playing a first person adventure game. Anyway, that's all I could tell about the actual gameplay because this crashes all the time and is unplayable on modern PCs.
The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 5 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 100,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected.
Unethically, the developers have left this on the Steam store in an unplayable and broken state. It's the responsibility of the developer to maintain their product, ensure it runs on all modern PCs, or if they determine there's defects and the game doesn't work, they should remove it from sale instead of misleadingly trying to scam gamers into buying knowingly defective products.
This is harmful to Steam and to gamers, not just because it's a direct and intentional attempt to scam people, but because it takes a share of the marketing space and visibility away from other games. It's polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuine games and for genuine indie developers who put months or years into making proper games find an audience.
For comparison, the $7 asking price for this game could get you games like "Doom Eternal", "Mirror's Edge" or "Yakuza Kiwami". Quality, professionally made games like those are frequently on sale cheaper than this.
So, should you buy this game? Is this one of the best of the 100,000+ games on Steam?
The developer is deliberately and unethically trying to scam gamers into paying them the utterly unrealistic price of $7 USD for a game they know is broken. Don't give it to them.
For comparison, the $7 asking price for this game could get you games like "Doom Eternal", "Mirror's Edge" or "Yakuza Kiwami". Quality, actually working games that don't crash 30 seconds after launch like those are frequently on sale cheaper than this.

The game looks and feels like there should be more to it, but alas it appears to be mostly window dressing. A lot of effort creating an atmosphere and setting up the central game and even features FMV of the patients, but the central game itself just lacks any real depth.
As a demo or prologue to a bigger game, it is excellent but as a game itself it feels disappointing.
The core game mechanic is simple. There are essentially four tests that can be given and they are psychological tests as opposed to the biological tests one may of expected for a virus.
The tests are:
1) Lights on/off
2) Music Hard/Soft
3) Gas Arousal/Sedation
4) Send a thug to literally beat the test subjects.
You simply observe how they react and you should be able to deduce, with the aid of the few clues in the room, who the infected patient is without having to perform all of the tests.
I assume the creators felt they were not able to expand on the core game as this would involve recording more FMV. However they could of introduced some more non-FMV elements, such as the need to review different paper based psychological tests/evaluations and even some bio-feedback like pulse rate monitoring, etc. Maybe solving puzzles with these new tests become the means to unlock the above tests and could serve to explain why those seemingly arbitary tests above are chosen.
There are additional achievements to be discovered to encourage additional play to obtain, but beyond this there is not much to go back too.
Basically the game has a lot of potential and requires additional puzzles/problems to really make it into a game worth buying. Presently it works very well as a demo or prologue to a larger game, but insufficent content to be a game itself.
That is as a demo the game does such a good job of setting things up you really want to get the full game. but as an actual game you are left feeling there should be much more to it.
In short a great demo, but not enough depth for a full game.

Not worth it. The entire game can be played in 10 minutes. Most of the achievements do not work, and no word from the developers since release basically.

I have no idea what the devs wanted to accomplish with this game. Playing through the whole game takes about 20 minutes. It consits of 5 rooms and about 12 lines of dialogue. The whole "story" is: There was an O U T B R E A K ... here are three people, 1 of them is infected. You have to choose who it is. You read through a file for each patient, stimulate them with music/gas to see how they react and then choose who to euthanize. That's it. That's the whole game. 20 minutes of boring gameplay accompanied by monotonous elevator music. I really can't recommend this to anyone.
