Other than the backkwars cab view every time I try to shunt the transport cars they derail. not matter the speed or antything i do they derail every single time

Well, I would review this if it would start. Clicked to run the session & it has been on the start screen with the little orange squares doing the wave for about 15 minutes now. Somewhere along the way a little window came up saying something about performing "asset translations" for over 500 thousand assets, but that processed and finished in less than a minute. And we still have the little orange squares doing the wave by the front of locomotive 2755 in the picture. Is this thing going to be functional or not? Is that the whole thing was just bought recently & then installed about an hour ago a factor in the current situation? I dunno, but this illustrates why I still like real world model trains a lot better than computer trains, you can SEE what the real world model trains are doing and you can find out why, they are not hidden in little bitty bits of silicon sealed somewhere in a box that barely offers the first clue, if any, about what is going on.

It's a good idea, and the audio directions and "ribbing" by fellow (read AI) engineers makes it very engaging UNTIL..... Until you go "inside" and find the cab view is a backwards SW7 which is entirely different from a Class 08. It's like plaing a Formula 1 racing sim, and when you go to first person view you look like your sitting backwards on a motor cycle.
