This game may not be what the Public wants, but I actually quite enjoy it. It makes me think of those cheap early and mid 2000s PC games you'd pick up at Walmart for $5 or less. And the atmosphere, the simplicity, if it was maybe fixed up, like the training menu and maybe make the menu's a lot less buggy, fix the Steam Play Button, very annoying that I have to manually open it from the Folder. I hope the developer comes out with a new Trucker or something similar, with bug fixes and fully optimized, maybe add Multiplayer and Customization, that would be great.

This is a review of Steam's acceptance system more than anything. How does this get accepted!? This game runs like absolute trash, maximum resolution is 1280x960 with a 32 FPS cap! On Steam, it downloads an external installer, then actually downloads the game. I feel like my copmuter now has several viruses!

I bought a 4090 just to play this game. 11/10 masterpiece. (also I cornered the Petergreed Foil market if you want to buy one pay up squirt)

Trucker is truly a masterpiece. It's inovative control scheme is beyone most people's mental capacity. The brilliance of using the arrow keys to move a truck and have it always drift when you turn while having the a and z keys shift up and down for you is quite frankly ground breaking. The AI's mental capacity rivals that of machine learning algroithms in its genious. The AIs mental capacity to not care about driving rules and randomly go to the other side of the road for no reason, unexpectadly stop, or get in car crashes with other cars. The physics in this game also withhold the best standard ever witnessed by man. If you hit a wall/fence at a slower speed you will only damage car not destroy it and lose the race. However, if you crash into the wall at a higher speed you will lose the race. You may be saying what if you barely skim the fence while going fast. In that case your whole car would obviously explode and you would die. Except wait! With these ground breaking game physics you don't get to witness the amazingness of your car crash. It leaves it up to your imagination which has the best graphics you've ever seen. The amount of levels this game has is quite frankly amazing and all of the levels this game has are so distinctive. All levels have grass and road and generally the same style which results into the distinctive amazements of these different levels, but also gives the game a unique style. Modern games do not grasp this clasic masterpiece. With modern games, players are rewarded for damaging/destroying any cars/enemies. However in this game you can quickly lose money by crashing into stuff/being reckless. Modern games don't value true skill and the original down to earth racing expirience of the simplicity that crashing = bad and driving good = good. This game also has some amazing features such as adjustable volume which you will want to use because the music in this game is decent and the cars are loud compared to that at most times so you should lower the game volume but keep the music volume up. Also the game has remapable controls, so if you are playing with a controller, you can select a control imput from the start screen and then map it afterward. While most simpletons will play Euro Truck Simulator 2, it is clearly too easy and has too good of physics. Whoever plays this game has over 9000 IQ. Whenever I hear that someone is smart, I ask them how many hours they have in Trucker. Usually they correspond. I am trying to get 9000 hours in trucker so that I will have 9000 IQ and be able to solve quantem mequanics. Please by this game and truly expirience this true expirience of a mechanical Masterpiece.

the truck cannot drive backwards. All I fucking wanted was a good trucking game. I have been a trucker my whole life since I was just 6 years young, my grandpa would sit me on his lap and we would truck from Alabama to Kentucky taking stops only at the designated truck rests... Then we would Fill the GOD DAMN gas tank and truck her onward,. If I cannot drive a truck correctly then I want the Lord himself to strike me with lightning exploding me into bits and leaving my trucker remains to sprout new truckers years from now

I have no problem with old games, in fact i love games of the 1990-2000 era, but come on, this game doesn't even run by itself, it puts an installer and links to it.. Then you launch the game and realize it doesn't handle controllers properly. Then you start the tournament and you realize how laggy it is. I've played only some minutes and found the gameplay to be too bad to be enjoyable.. especially with keyboard only. This game is not playable..

please for the love of fucking god don't even think about playing it. And the truck sounds like somebody taking a shit in a coffee can.

I remember getting the game as a gift for christmas in 2007 from my aunt and along with it i got a bunch of marvel action figures and lego sets but i didnt care about those i just spent my holiday playing trucker and i was so into it that i took the box of the game and cut with scissors the truck models from the back of the cover and played with those paper trucks with my cousin on the floor. The game itself has a very unique depressing eastern european atmosphere kinda like half life 2 and it has polish techno in the soundtrack. Very interesting detal about the game.

Lags so bad it's barely playable on later, more difficult tracks as you don't have time to turn the truck in tight corners. Pressing "Play" in Steam causes the game to reinstall itself every startup as the developers in their infinite wisdom mapped the button to the installer instead of the game's executable. About all this has going for it is the weird doomer east euro dystopia vibes. I paid 50 cents for this but still kind of feel ripped off.
