Got VR? - A must have for fans of the old arcades and pinball. Being a long time fan of pinball over the years - getting the VR version of this a few years back was mindblowing. The immersion is great and the controls are intuitive - it plays like real life, but you save a few quarters. The tables are great in detail and look very realistic compared to other pinball games, especially the lighting and all the small effects, when set to nighttime, in my opinion. The subtleties in the ambience and the sounds from the table mix well together. On top of that there are a ton of settings to get everything just right, which I can appreciate. Depending on how much one is willing to sink into buying all the tables, there is a great mix between old styles and more recent styles. I quite enjoyed trying my luck on some of the older tables and over time there are always tables that have that special feeling according to personal preferences. I have yet to sink more time into this, but I totally recommend it for VR (Played on Oculus Rift). Onward - to ever higher scores on the global leaderboards.

There are a ton of tables, and I can use my VR headset. Now that I've played in VR, I can't play pinball any other way. It's just so good. Zaccaria doesn't have all the recognizable tables from my youth, but there's a hell of a lot of fun here. The physics are fantastic and the tables are well designed. I wish that some of the voice acting wasn't so bland (sounds like a guy sitting at a desk saying in a very unenthusiastic voice "bonus" and "double bonus" "skill shot" etc. I really want better voices. I would also love to see build-up modes that do something really special with the table. A good example is Black Out by Williams. That's not in this game, but that rather simply 80s pinball had a mode that once you got all the lights lit up on the eject hole, the game said in a robot voice: Blackout. Then all the lights went out with this very cool electronic sound, and they came back on and gave you a big score or something. The build-up modes in this game don't seem to give you a big payoff visually or audibly. Plus, some are super hard to get. Other than that, the original tables, the remakes, the special tables, and now the new ones being created... it's a dream come true for any pinball fan. My minor gripes don't take away from the full experience. A lot of love was put into this game and all the tables and if you love pinball, you'll love this. I didn't talk about the retro tables since I don't like any retro pinball tables. They're just not much fun in general. But Magic Pixel did a great job on those, too.

A great pinball game and now that the developers are back we are getting updates and new content again, great! A must have for every pinhead imho! :)

This game is still in early access for over 9 years!!!! Think about that. While this game is fun and has fun tables it only got worse over time. AI replacing actual art made by people and now achievements are getting removed so there is space for new ones (and to sell tables!) Hard work earning achievements? Forget about it we will remove them! After a long hiatus and no word whatsoever for years it comes back with AI Art and removing achievements. Sadly it has gone downhill because the pinball tables are good and this is one of the best pinball games on Steam.
