I hate leaving bad reviews on games but I just can't recommend a game thats so easy to get lost in to anyone.
Running around a randomly generated level with nothing to do just trying to find the right door isn't fun and while the map is novel its not very clear at all.

Personally... this game is not that special. It is a boomer shooter like classic doom with rougelite elements, randomly generated levels and some quake like movement. Not much else really is going on and personally... I don't think this game is for me. Music is alright, weapons aren't the most interesting tbh and don't sound impactful, and honestly, kind of got bored playing. Also, can't really use movement much due to the more small and linear rooms, which sucks cos I like using movement.
Not saying it ain't for everyone, you might like it whoever reads this... but it is pretty basic.
Plus I kind of keep getting lost... but thats most likely a skill issue lol.

Doom style gameplay with a great art style and fun gameplay mechanics from collecting scrap to creating armor and ammo all while keeping it fresh with the rogue like experience. If you are not a fan of rogue likes then you will most likely not find any appeal here BUT if you do then add to the collection because STRAFE does it justice. Fast fluid combat, bloody and artsy visuals, Enemies have limbs and body parts that fall off with each bullet you fire, and the soundtrack accompanies each run so well. Cheers to Pixel Titans for a splendid game <3
