I love Aseprite! I think it is beginner friendly while being powerful enough for advanced creators. I think some modern QOL could be helpful, but overall it is a great program to create pixel art in! I definitely recommend it to add to your tool box if you are creating pixel art for Games or even for yourself.

Very good drawing software! I wouldn't get the steam version though because steam has to be open to use it, and steam takes a lottt longer to load than aseprite does. Either build it from source or buy it separate from steam.

Using this as a beginner getting into pixel art. its a pretty simple and easy to use pixel art program. There is a decent amount of tools to use, but it doesn't feel overwhelming at all. Great tool if you want to get into pixel art.

I have only had it for a day and I already put 9 hours into it I was hesitant purchasing since I knew it was possible to get the game for free online but I ended up buying it on here for ease of access and so I would get automatic updates and It was so worth it the software itself it less than 15mb its crazy this is like the blender of 2D

I consider myself far from a professional, but even as a hobbyist i must say aseprite is the sweetest pixel art software i've ever used and it's a really great illustration and animation tool in general! Also, it runs on basically any device lol

Its good, its just a art program really, before buying, use libresprite, its a forked verson of this (for free), so if you like Libre definitely buy this

This is such a good application, although I have been using the free version of libresprite for a long time I still have the hope that the paid version is more useful and I'm yet to figure out. But for the cheap price I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to make pixel art and you won't ever regret buying it as its the best of every pixel art editing software available.

I love Aseprite! I refunded it a while ago because I had no idea what I was doing, but whenever I get enough money, I'll buy it again. But for now, I'll be using the open source version.
Edit: I bought it again at full price. 10/10!
