Very good and funny game as a local co-op. Has received some new content after release, which is always nice. Gameplay is easy to learn but gets pretty challenging on higher difficulties. Might be a bit short on content as a single player experience, but this game is clearly intended to be played with several players, and is most fun with 4 players due to most game modes having been designed to work with group of 4. Excellent party game with humor.

Stikbold is a very funny, easy to learn, and clean game. With the exception of its price there is absolutely nothing to dislike about this game. I definitely recommend it for its general light move, good humor, and impressive plot.

This game is so, so much fun. As if the simple yet extremely satisfying local multiplayer was not fun enough, the campaign is super unique, challenging, and incredible on its own! An absolute hidden gem that everyone should be an expert at, and the ultimate dodgeball/ dodgesausage game.

Super quirky and weird characters, Love em'. Controlls are nice, at least story stages are more varied than anticipated.
Havent tried Multiplayer, but I bet it's fun as well :)

I played this game for Random Country Month (A thing I do with my friends every month), this month was Danish month. This game was a pleasant surprise with how high quality it was. I bought this game on sale and it was definitely worth the price point. The game switched up gameplay a few times and provided a wide range of customization to change up the base game. I wish this game would've had an online multiplayer as steam remote play can be quite laggy sometimes. Overall good party game.

I was at Nordic Game Jam when I first saw Stikbold.
People waited in line to play it and at least 40 others watched impatiently.
It's a great party game, but not only that!
There is SO much personality put into this game, and even though the aestetics may appear simple, they are not.
Mundane scenaries are twisted in fun ways that I thought only a child would be able to imagine.
I recommend this game to anyone! Beautiful, compelling and FUN!

Stikbold is a fun dodgeball game full of wacky characters and over-the-top stages and gameplay. You, of course, throw a dodgeball around, but there are a bunch of mechanics that make things unique like manipulating the direction of your throw, power throws, stealing the ball, and various traps and events that pop up in each stage. don't be surprised to see a car driving through the ring or a whale plop down on top of you during a match.
The single (or co-op) story mode is entertaining, with a funny little story that has you playing through the depths of hell. It will take a little less than 2 hours to get through the story mode. The rest of the game is co-op battles and a few mini games to play with friends.
I had a fun time with the game and will probably pick it up every now and then for co-op fun. I wish there was more to the story mode, maybe playing through the story from the coach's or rival team member's perspective, but other than that this is a worthy purchase.

This game is so much fun to play with friends! It feels like I'm back to the times where you used to play video games with your friends in actual real life! I was playing with a friend and we laughed so much that we needed a break half way through, you get really admitted to the game and it's like it's only getting more fun the longer you play because you get better and the competition gets more exciting!
I want to congratulate Game Swing because of this game, it has really brought tears to my eyes and I honestly can't wait to have my friend over again tonight to play it :)

Wow, a game about dodgeball!? Shhyeah!
Ironically at the time I got into this game the dodgeball movie is playing on cable TV multiple times per day.
Thankfully Stikbold! doesn't take itself too seriously either and is filled with plenty of humour.
Story mode is short but sweet and can be played with a friend in Local co-op or remote-play. Both work great.
There are only 12 levels but each one has 3 challenges to complete that will award you with a steam achievement once all 3 are obtained.
Most of the challenges aren't that difficult so once you have exhausted the story mode there is always quick match. This is where the fun starts. Here you can have up to 4 human players local and/or remote play, and there are FFA, Teams, and even Mini games.
Stikbold! is definitely more fun with friends, but single-player story mode is pretty good too.
All in all, I fully recommend Stikbold!

Had a blast with this over the weekend with some of my family. I make a priority to get couch games for when we're together, I have to say that this is one of our new favorites.
The kids couldn't get enough of it(My played time is off, we put way more hours into it over the weekend). Usually I get to a point where its time to move on to the next local game for us to play.. I didn't with this one.
The mechanics of the game feel well balanced, I love all of the strategies you can implement to knock out your opponents. The dodge/catch mechanic works extremely well, there wasn't a time where I felt I was cheated. If I got hit, it was my own fault.
The game has a story mode that can be played with another player, and has unlockable characters. There are a few levels, but each of them feel fresh with the different themes and obstacles to avoid. I'd love more of them, but for now I'm content with whats there. Customizeable rules help to keep things interesting as well.
All in all I feel its a great game, especially at its price point. I know this will be the first game played on the next weekend we have together, and likely many more to come.
