Overall, I think this game is good and worth the money but I wish it was better. I like corruption-themed H-games where it feels like you don't have to intentionally put yourself in trouble to see the good parts and RUTO mostly achieves that.
I just wish there was more of... everything? A lack of content makes all of your runs feel the same, which isn't great for a rogue-like. First and foremost, there needs to be more events. When you arrive at a stop, an event happens and it's not uncommon for the same event to happen 3 or more times in a run, sometimes even back to back! Many of the events are just: you talked with someone about nothing, here's some EXP! That's so boring!
It would also be cool if the different outfits represented different sets of skills rather than just minor buffs and different art. There are 10(?) different skills you can level up that combine into new skills once they're maxed out. I think it would go a long way if each outfit had different skills to work with but I realize that's probably asking a lot.

I kinda liked the part where mages with hypnotizing abilities appeared. Rina under a hypnotic spell is very hot. This game is addicting. Don't forget to install the patch though, no content without it.
Don't forget to PATCH the game from the dev's site.
Awesome game really, I love the loop, catch creeps left and right during a train voyage. I usually play with cheat engine to speed the game extra for more instant action. Grinding is bit overwhelming so you can edit your saves to skip grind a bit.

While I found Rina's Undercover Train Operation fun at first, the game starts to feel repetitive after about three or four runs. To be fair, i understand it's budget title, so I wasn't expecting a huge amount of content. However, the biggest issue is that it's an H-game with only six scenes in the entire game. Even worse, the first two scenes weren't particularly interesting or well-executed, which makes the limited content feel even more disappointing.
The gameplay loop is enjoyable for a short time, but there isn't enough variety to keep things engaging. Most runs end up feeling nearly identical, and there are very few meaningful differences between playthroughs. The progression is shallow, the replay value is low, and once you've seen most of the content, there's little reason to keep playing.
Overall, the game has a decent concept and can be entertaining for a couple of hours, but the lack of content, repetitive gameplay, and underwhelming scenes prevent it from reaching its full potential.

As someone who plays a lot of roguelites, I was pleasantly surprised by this one, spicy game about trains + roguelite.
The combination of psychic abilities, enemy timing, and turn-based decision making creates a gameplay loop that feels different from most games in the genre. Every run gives meaningful upgrade choices, and the permanent progression system makes failures feel worthwhile.
Train nsfw theme is unusual for roguelikes, I actually can't even remember something similar. It's always nice to see an indie developer try something unique instead of copying whatever is popular.
Definitely worth checking out

QA your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. First they released the game with a bug that made it impossible to beat the 3rd level boss. They patched that, but the patch caused people to lose their saves. 6 Hours gone. Now the patched version has stage events breaking, so the game doesn't return to the level/gameplay. I'm so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sick of this ♥♥♥♥. It could've at least had the decency to break in the first 2 hours of play, so I could've refunded it, but I don't even have that option. If you're interested in the game, check the Discussions/announcements first to see if they've fixed the game yet before buying it.

I've been eagerly waiting for an English translation of the full release of Rina ever since I played the early access of this game to the full. With the release of a proper English translation, I can say with full confidence that, in terms of the game aspect and the R18 aspect of this game, Rina is in my top 10 best Hentai games. However, that doesn't mean this game is perfect; in fact, I was quite disappointed with how the full release compares to the early access.
Gameplay: This game is a roguelite meaning, if you like those types, the gameplay loop is enjoyable enough. The only problem I have with the gameplay is that the number of skills, items, or events in general. While there are line-unique events and unique combinations skills, it still doesn't help that the number of skills and events is lacking. This makes the core gameplay (grinding lines to get permanent upgrades until the boss is beaten) kind of dull.
R-18: The redeeming part of this game. When the gameplay loop gets boring to you, at the very least the R-18 is one of the best that I've seen. Each line also has their own defeat scene as well as their own unique enemies that have different attacks. The gallery function is also good enough although there are some boggling aspects about it.
Conclusion: I've played too much of the early access version of Rina and thus this review is more like a review of the early access than the full game. If I were to give a review of the full game in respect to the early access, I would not recommend it as the difference between them is like having a DLC. So far, the only difference I've noticed is the addition of 2 extra lines, that's it. No new skills, outfits, or anything else. If you haven't played Rina before and like roguelite games, this game is perfect for you. If you're like me and played the early access of Rina fully, you might not want to buy this.

Devs do not even say thank you, if you friendly point out an error in their patches, but just silently remove the post you made about, to not show faults. This is not really professional.
General Experience
I was excited to play this title and was let down with how simple everything was. There are only a handful of events each time you stop, the passive pool is so small, and you only ever have a few active abilities that you can level up. It feels like a survivors-like but you only have one single character to play as. That, and the gameplay is simple enough that it gets pretty repetitive right away. The adult content is also pretty tame and does not carry the gameplay on it's own. The Demo is currently still available, and it is 100% what you will see and experience for the entirety of the game. I do think the game is fun, but it runs short on variety too quickly..
Adult Content
You need to download a patch from the publisher's site to access the majority of the content. The artwork and animations are well-made. The majority of the content is passengers groping you. Sounds obvious, but it's legit the only interactions you have. The assailants are polite enough to just grab and rub (sometimes lick), but they keep it in their pants. There are 6 game-over scenes which are fully animated and include penetration (sometimes); you also unlock them if you clear the boss stages as well. There is a free-play mode, which is actually just a scene viewer.
Complaints
It is not as in-depth as it looks, there only a handful of active skills and passives that you will cycle through. It's pretty common for all your runs to feel the same. I'm not even kidding, one of the images on the store page shows the chance to pick from 3 passives, and it's maybe a 4th of all the passives you have access to. There are 4 active skills total and they are the same every run. That's it. There is no depth to the system. I might have too many expectations for an eroge, but others have done similar with better results...
I also found the adult content to be lacking. I don't know if it's a fair critique, but I imagine gropers on these trains would want to actually plow the main heroine. It is by design that the game is centered around groping and harassment, so it never really goes beyond that. In my opinion, there are a variety of enemies in-game that could have had their own game over animations, or just involve penetration in combat which could have been a gameplay element. It strictly wanted to stay non-penetrative, and it leaves a lot to be desired.
Replayability
You have three difficulties to play with, including an achievement for clearing the game on hard mode. Once you clear each difficulty on each map you will have done it all. There is an endless mode, but I do not feel like the rogue-lite nature of the game is deep enough for you to feel like you will experience something new each time to play, making future playthroughs just repetitive.
Achievements
The achievements are pretty straight forward, simply playing the game will get you the majority of them. The one that will actually test you is to beat the game on hard. I would recommend playing on easier difficulties and unlocking all of your talents before tackling hard.
Technical Issues
I had an issue I couldn't replicate, where I basically was restrained before the boss and it skipped it entirely (skipping your stops is a feature when restrained). But it caused the game to go endless and would not trigger any climaxes, causing a soft lock. It was resolved by reloading and losing via climax, but you couldn't make anymore stops. Skipping events sometimes froze the game and had to be hard closed.
Value
The game is $14 and at this time has a launch promo of $12. I think it's very overpriced for what you get and honestly don't recommend it. The rogue-lite aspect is sparce and uninspired, and the eroge was lightly explored and played it safe. My time wasn't unenjoyed, but I was definitely let down by how surface level everything was.
