I'm old enough to remember BASIC games which produce random 'slaloms' that you move down using ASCII characters. This game is not enough of an evolution of that basic concept for me.

I love this game so far! The game mechanics are great and the music fits right in. This game has alot of pottential for great updates. I only have one problem, i wish that there was a dificulty selection, but other than that it's a great game.

Awesome. Just awesome fun. The speed is just unbelievable and the characters are fun, too. If you don't like this game, you don't like fun.

Bought this with what little money I have left in my Steam Wallet, and to be honest it was a very good purchase! Getting used to the controls and game mechanics took a while at first, but once I got the hang of it, I was hooked! The pixel graphics and in-game humor are few of the charming things of the game, but one of the biggest selling point for me is the soundtrack (to all the music composers, hats off to you guys) which made the whole gaming experience very fun and at times, exciting and challenging. While the sales are still up, if you have some cash to spare I'd definitely reccommend getting this game!

personaly im gonna be honest with you this game has pros and cons pros 1.game is fun 2.music is good 3. the story is good 4. npc are fun and hard to beat cons 1.some of the phyics in this game are so weird 2. in some levels where the objective is not to get damaged by anything the game will automaticly damage me like no joke im diving and nothing touched me but i took damage out of nowhere like nowhere there was nothing near me to take damage from 3.the game doesnt give you alot of info on how to kill the bosses it just kinda lets you try to figure it out really though in honesty the pros out beat the cons the game is worth its price i'm just pointing out on some of its cons which are weird but easy to deal with

The jazzy track reminded me so much of Gravity Daze's "Pleasure Quarter" that I just couldn't NOT buy the game. Also Diver looks a bit like Kat too. And this led me to noticing Gravity Daze's remastered version is coming out soon and the collector's edition is amazing and sold out everywhere and then I googled for a few hours before finally finding it for a reasonable price and now I am a very very happy person all thanks to this game. OH RIGHT THE REVIEW, sorry. So, uh, Planet Diver. Right. The gameplay feels still a bit confusing at some points after about an hour of gameplay, but the game itself seems really polished. There are many different sorts of quests (as in, objectives for each level) to keep the game interesting despite the repetitive core gameplay; funny dialogue between Diver and Buddy; a ton of mods to actually change the core gameplay a bit; interactable objects in the menu view just for fun; unlockable cosmetics and songs, and so on and so on. For such a cheap and simple game, it's surprisingly vast. Definitely recommending it, 10/10.

Really nice and funny game. Love the soundtracks. There's a [u]bug[/u] at lvl 24 that prevents me from getting the gold star, [spoiler] when the Spider Quen is defeated with one or none hits taken, she keeps following me and the level can't end. [/spoiler] It happens sometimes with more hits taken too. I would be glad if dev fix it.

I picked this game up based on George "SuperBunnyHop" Weidman's reccommendation, and I'm glad I did. I don't know what it is about this game, but it just makes me smile...no matter how frustrating it can be at times. Pros: +Superb music and sound +Pixelized aesthetic that ADDS to the game's visuals +Tons of replayability with game modifiers and other stuff to buy +Endless charm and endearing dialogue +The game has a Transistor reference AND a Metroid reference. Cons: -Price of a lot of the items in the game are rather steep -Difficult for those that don't have lightning quick reflexes -Repeatedly failing the same challenge over and over and over again is incredibly frustrating -Can be impossible to navigate at times due to inconsistent camera positions -Needs more fanservice Overall, excellent game! Great for when I need a quick break.

"Bottom" scroller game with great soundtrack. You have to dodge, evade or destroy obstacles as long as you can while diving at super fast speeds. Things get pretty ninja if you unlock the 4th speed level!

This game is a pretty fun infinite runner type game, execpt you are going down! The game spends a bit too much time tying to be cute when it should just let you actually play it and enjoy it. My biggest issue with it is the art work on steam banner is so nice, but nothing in the game comes close to it. It looks like the hired an artist to design the character and nothing else, wich sucks.
