Disappointing.

I like this! For only four bucks at regular price, it makes all the trophies in my lodge a little bit shinier, and gives me more customizability. I like visiting museums when I have the chance, and looking around my lodge with these nicer plaques and platforms is like visiting a nicer museum rather than a low-budget one! This DLC is not a huge game-changer, but if, like me, you've spent countless hours wandering around your lodges trying to get things to look just right and admiring your trophies, you might enjoy this DLC as I have! If you're intrigued but put off by the price, just wait for a sale!

A nice upgrade from the standard trophy stands and plaques. I don't personally use the lodge all that much but i have many hours in the game so worth it overall.

It's very clear about what you get in this pack., Some pedestals that you can change color on and shape of. Is it mandatory? Absolutely not. However i cant understate how happy i was when the pedestal actually changed its secondary color to represent the harvest score of the animal you put on display, I.e. Bronze, Silver, gold and Diamond I now have as a main display an Albino Bison with a Marble white pedestal with gold inlays which looks really nice and it really stands out when i can role-play as a rich posh duke-of-snob land safari hunter. That stated i think it lives up to the price if you enjoy the Trophy houses, otherwise just bag it in when it goes on sale!

I got it as a bundle with the Scotland map, which made it only $1 or $2. I don't believe I would be able to justify paying anymore than that for it. The rock mount doesn't look that good imo, and the animals that can go on it as well as the branch are extremely limited. Of course, it says that in the description of the DLC, so it's not a surprise, but still disappointing. Why only one type of goose, turkey, fox and pheasant? As well as no lynx or bobcat? I feel as though those would make much more sense than the coyote so for them not to be included is a very odd choice. I have only seen the fox and coyote on the branch mount so far. They are not my favourite, but they do add a nice variety to the lodge and allows a lot more spaces for those species to be placed (I do not like head mounts for canids or felids) which is quite appreciated. I do however quite like the plaques that come with it. My lodge looks much nicer now and I really like it for my rares lodge. At a quick glance you can see what the animal scored at without pulling up the information. The trim is rather pretty. Between the premium plaques and the free ones, I much prefer the premium version. I would not spend anymore $2, but if you can catch it on sale and enjoy your lodge I would say it is worth it. I would encourage it is not purchased at full price. It is a bit steep for what is included, especially considering for $5 or so more you can get an entire new map to play. legit the only DLC for cotw that felt useless and completely un-needed. it barely adds anything new and is overpriced. skip this.

Was super pumped to get this DLC but you can only put like 4 animals on the special mounts which is just so stupid. so many other animals can fit on them they just dont let you for whatever reason. SUPER SUPER disapointed

Bit of false/untruthful advertising, if you get this and only own Spring Manor, you will not be able to use Red Deer or European Bison on the special mount as it is limited to only circular mounts of which it only has 3, all are large or smaller. Not stating it to be only be able to be used on circular mounts is a huge disservice to paying customers.
