This planet is pretty huge. I am streaming my first project. And ho lee cow. I think I need more people as the task is vast. But I am getting there, slowly but surely one pile of toxic goo at a time. New mechanic with toxic goo areas is great. Also cleaning the water. What more there is to say? Oh the monorail mechanic is lovely. I (personally) kind of wish I could repair the monorail network, because I love railways and that would make that side of my soul happy but I understand the limitations for world building purposes (or maybe I am not that far in the game yet?). And I dont want to spoil anything so I will just leave it a thumbs up. And get your friends on this one!

i recommend the game because its pleasant enough time waster. its a space builder survival exploration game where you slowly teraform the world to human standards. if you havent played the first one then this game will be just great for you if you like the genre. i loved the first one (150+hrs) and eagerly bought this but im just bored. its the same game but with different color pallets and small mechanic changes, some new furniture, QOL stuff. but ive 'been there, done that, got the t-shirt' for me. no way can i work up the interest to put in another 150hrs of the same thing. still, thumbs up for a enjoyable game

I wanted to like this one but the planet was a little too big and felt like the goo drew things out too much in some of the areas purely because of the distances you (slowly) had to travel. I had far more temporary bases scattered throughout the planet on this one that I felt like I was constantly moving. I wanted to enjoy my time with it, but it was just a grindier version of the base game, and constantly shifting my bases just to get closer to the next set of goo was a drag. Thumbs up if you just want more Planet Crafter. I'm not going to finish it, though. Edit: Doesn't show my time for some reason but I put about 13 hours into it.
