reads more like reddit slop than anthing, takes too long to reach any scenes, card game is dull, animated scenes lack and animation quality what so ever, regret leaving it running to read something else. swapping from this to manga for a break wasn't a good sign. welp no refund. also looks like its 70% AI generated.

I wanted to like this game - Succubi and reskinned Archomage (from Might and Magic 7) should be an easy slam dunk as a combo. All you need to add is a remotely compelling cast, half decent writing, and a semblance of a plot. Professional VAs if you’re feeling generous, but hell, Ladykiller in a Bind has 0 voice lines and is better for it, so that’s optional. And yet I’ve never been more insulted at the lack of care put into a game before! It’s fundamentally all AI Slop. The script is genuinely terrible, with barely a few quotable lines as a redeeming feature. The “Voice Acting” is AI, and you’d think that it’d thus be kinda okay, if morally questionable? But I’m not even sure the developer’s played his own game with it on because it’s genuinely off-putting. Mispronouncing words, cadence, timbre and timing that sounds like an average high school student trying to butcher a novel in class (the characters aren’t like loli-slop to be clear, just bad at reading). But even with it off, the script is barely fluent English. The card game is… reskinned archomage. But there’s barely any actual card game, that’s just a dumb hook really. It’s fine? But also not exactly complicated. And Jesus Christ the self-insert OC male protagonist is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insufferable. Quippy, or trying to be, trying to pass of quotes referencing internet memes as humour, but failing to be remotely funny or charming or engaging. He’s just a 4channer who thinks he’s the peak of comedy. This slop doesn’t deserve your time, money, or attention, because the developer sure didn’t put any in. Not for writing, or QA, or programming honestly. And it just makes me sad because the premise has the potential to actually be a good, fun and engaging game with a genre combo that honestly I’d like to see more of. But this ain’t it.

Premise: the art is amazing, very good drawings and character design, nice setting. Everything else is mediocre. The visual novel part feels pretty empty, the characters are not very interesting, the dialogue are not well written and are full of pretty lame meme references that get old fast and you don't have any dialogue options, it's completely passive. The only part where you have some agency is the card game, which feels extremely generic and boringly easy, I played half paying attention and didn't come even close to losing once. The sex scenes are very pretty but where some games have scene phases, this games just goes for a weird zoom into the beautiful art that is more distracting than anything, otherwise they are pretty standard sex scenes and aside from the character design the body types are pretty samey. Lastly and more importantly, this game chose to implement a godawful AI generated voice "acting". To be fair it does warn you at the beginning and it does give you the option to turn it off completely, but it's still pretty disappointing that they would do that and I'm pretty sure that even the various moans and stuff are AI because they sounded very off. Not good. Will check out the artist's work tho.

Dont fall for the animations, the "game" is AI slop. AI Voice acting constantly mispronounces words and sounds insane. Dialogue is word salad. Not coherent at all. The card game isn't a card game, its busywork that they give you in between scenes. The cards pictures dont correlate at all to what the cards are meant to do. The card game can be set to autoplay, that's how inconsequential it is. Was really looking for a fun card game with a bit of fanservice, but instead I got porn but with more ad/popup interference. Don't buy unless you truly want to throw away your money.

The game is mostly AI, and it shows. The plot is... There. Well, at least character designs look nice! And sprites are animated... 6/10

The very positive this has is either bots or people just looking at the animations. This is by far one of the worst card games i've ever played. I actually care about the game play in games even the adult ones. If you just want the animations you can buy the MP4 dlc

If you pick English as the game text language, everything will be read by an AI bot. If you pick a different language, everything will be read by a voice actor who sounds so emotionally dead that it might as well be an AI bot. Not recommended unless you are a clanker who gets off on hearing a machine talk.

i played it only shortly, for as soon as the voiclines played it is a very noticeable A.I. voice. i saw in the descritions it was presented as an A.I. translation but the only different languages are in text, that to me seems as a technical loophole to not admit to being fully A.I. voiced. i can tell it at least took any interest out of me. wish you luck but as the sharks said in shark tank: i'm out!

I am now rethinking my decision to spend my Friday night on this particular goonerbait game on Steam, along with a variety of other choices in my life. I leave you this review so that you might make wiser choices than I. [Pros] -It's a premise that seems foolproof - you're visiting a resort full of hot demon girls. Seems like there's no way you can lose, right? The art of the main succubi is overall quite good, and it does indeed appear that real human effort went into their designs. The CGs and animations are fine for the most part, so if you're just in this to goon out or whatever, you'll probably find a spot to crack one off somewhere in the mix. -The card game mechanics are simple and kind of fun, once you get the hang of them. I found learning to build a deck kind of entertaining for a little bit. Shame there are so few chances to unlock cards, and there aren't really enough card battles to justify mastering the mechanics. -The animations are fine. You can actually experience everything worth experiencing in this game without playing it, by just getting the art/animations/wallpapers pack. Yes, that is a pro. See below. [Cons] -This game contains no narrative choices. The "alternate endings" are earned by forfeiting the final encounter at specific times (unintuitive, but I figured it out within a few minutes of staring at the achievements page after beating it once). Otherwise, the game plays out the exact same way no matter what you do. -God, the writing. These characters don't talk like people, not even cartoony/comedic ones. They talk like they're in on all the same inside jokes, like they're speaking in coded memes, and the references to other media fall heavy, hard, and flat. The script for this game has to be either majority AI, or heavily edited/influenced by AI. This game is mostly a visual novel, so most of the maybe couple of hours it takes to get through it are spent reading the dialogue... and that happens to be the weakest part of the experience. -The AI voicing consistently mispronounces words and sounds off in a bad uncanny-valley way that's hard to even enjoy ironically. And even if you mute the voice audio, you still get to hear some of the canned moans and sounds they make at various parts of the game. -The plot is worse than an excuse plot. I really tried to follow along, but the game barely even pretends to have anything resembling a narrative. The main protagonist has no personality, and the characters are essentially AI-powered caricatures with nice visual designs and nothing else of substance behind them. -The card art doesn't connect with any of the card actions, and the cards seem like placeholders - small AI-altered edits of similar-looking generic women in slightly varied poses, an article of clothing or two swapped, or slightly different but similarly colored hair. [Conclusion] -It took me a few hours to 100% the game, and I see no reason to ever revisit it or recommend it. And it's a shame, because I did really want to like this game. Even if the art sings to you, there's barely enough substance to justify buying this, even on sale. If you're taking your time, it'll kill a few hours. If you're auto-battling through it (yes, there's an auto-battle that turns this into a pretty much completely passive experience) and skipping all the dialogue for the action, you might be able to clear it in time to still refund it. -The art in the game - the one thing I liked about it - can be experienced without playing the game, so for that reason, I cannot recommend it.
