This is one of the best games I have played in years. Cairn does an amazing job capturing the fundamentals of climbing, weight shifting, and stamina management during your ascent of Kami. As someone with hours of IRL climbing experience, it's incredible to see this level of detail in a video game.
The story is a nice part of the experience, but in no way overshadows how satisfying this gameplay loop is. The art style is unique and although it looks cozy, beware that learning the mechanics (especially if you have no IRL climbing experience) might take you a while. You will fall and die a lot before you figure this out, and even after you do, you will still fall and die sometimes. Conquering each part of the ascent creates an overall addictive and satisfying experience. I am absolutely itching for more after my first ascent.
10/10 cannot recommend this enough.

The Game Touched my Heart enough times it brought me to tears. I had to support this wonderful team. This game is important to me now. One of those type of games that I have to get a physical copy if I can......and if I own it when I buy it. hehe.

I had already bought the soundtrack, but was waiting to finish the game before buying the Deluxe UP.
This game is a living wonder. I'm so happy to have played it. I still have a knot in my throat.
Pd: for anyone looking for the wallpapers, they are inside the gamefiles.
Just go to the settings icon (the cog to the right of the play button in the library) > Manage > Browse game files.
You will find a zip file named "Wallpapers", which contains the five images in 4K resolution.

Great little addition to the game. The artwork is incredible and very cozy. I mainly bought this to support the devs further, this is an incredible game. I am proud to have some wallpapers on my desktop from this!

The Game Bakers(devs) have been killing it ever since they dropped Furi back in 2016. Cairn however is something special. I literally cried within the first hour when it hit me how great of experience I was in for. If you're looking at this DLC you'll see it contains excellent wallpapers and such but buying this DLC really just gives some extra support to a team of people who actually care about making great—and more importantly, new—games. If that’s something you care about, then I strongly recommend it.
