This addition is cool but overall does not add much to the game. The tech makes it awkward to start from scratch since the base game focuses on 6 item types vs the now 7 with the E-Waste addition. I wish that there was a better use of deconstructing e-waste or something more in depth than simply adding a new item type that functions the same as plastic or glass. It could have been cool to need to take off the screen of a computer, then sort the e-waste into the other 6 original parts. For example, keyboard which are usually plastic could be deconstructed to plastic and metal. Or phones/computer/solar be deconstructed into glass, plastic, metal. It feels like a missed opportunity that I wish the devs would revisit. Overall not worth buying the DLC at this stage.
