The devs should focus on implementing game modes for solo and duo players, maybe even couch co-op, instead of introducing new game modes in an attempt to gain popularity during the Summer Sale. I get it—it's frustrating when your game needs at least four players to be fun, yet there are often fewer than ten people online. Another issue is that many players have mentioned how frustrating some maps are because of their size. Balancing the game and adding game modes for the players who bought it early but don't know what to do with it because they don't want to keep playing with the same dozen people should be the priority. The most recent update is called the "biggest yet," but that's only because the previous updates were early hotfixes, followed by months of silence. The use of tools isn't intuitive, and instead of improving the existing system, another tool was added, making everything even more complicated. I understand that a bit of urgency can be fun in some games, but here it just feels stressful, which isn't what I'm looking for when I want to relax and have fun. Listen to the few players who had faith—or still have faith—in your game, dear devs, instead of trying to grow the player base before addressing its biggest issues. The game has a great concept, but it still lacks polish, mainly because of the problems mentioned in this and many other reviews. The game has been out for almost four months, yet only four out of a hundred reviews were written by people who played for longer than 15 hours. Only two players have logged more than 20 hours. There's a reason why so many players—including myself—stop playing so early.
