Amazing! Only missing thing is Raubtier songs, the best music DLC for this game! You can check the songs on Youtube if you wonder before buying.

Really, really great music. A nice change from the normal - and after you've listened to this, boring - soundtrack.
Get it. Get it now.

I bought a bunch of the DLCs while on halloween sale yesterday. I don't know about the other DLCs yet, but this is definitely an awesome addition.
This DLC definitely rubs me the right way. Had I known sooner about this when it was first released I'd have bought it immediately - at full price.
I'm posting this review on this as well as the other metal DLC.

(TL;DR: Yes and no.)
I have one major problem with this DLC.
It contains Viking Gods, a song which is completely immersion breaking because of its annoying repeating of "Rise with the storm, Viking Gods" in English.
I'm playing a non-Western empire, the Viking era is long gone, the Vikings were historically an enemy of my nation, Francia has control over Scandinavia, the Norse religion is dead and soon this track will be too, when I find it in the game files and delete it.
Our Kingdom Will Fall also suffers with a case of English lyrics, albeit with a beautiful melody and a less immersion-breaking theme. Jury's still out on that one, but I'm keeping the instrumental.
Our Kingdom Will Fall (instrumental), The Sun and Earth and Campfire make this worth buying.

Love most of the tracks in this pack but is there a reason that Our Kingdom Will Fall, the full version with vocals, never plays in game? It's my favorite track in all of CK2 and I'm always dissapointed when the gutted, instrumental-only version, plays in game.

I didn't expect such great songs. Our Kingdom Will Fall is one of the best songs I've heard in a long time. Whether a person listens to it with or without vocals. I keep Our Kingdom Will Fall on repeat.
If you like metal get it, if you want more atmosphere avoid it.

Update!
Changed from not recommended to recommended since the 128k bitrate of the initial release has now been corrected :)
If you have any issues regarding the "feel" of this music in a medieval game, I'd recommend searching for CK2 Viking Metal on youtube and judging for yourself. It did concern me initially, but after a while I look forward to hearing something new.
I would also like to point out that this music pack is not dependant on the game being patched to the most recent version, hence this music works fine in version 2.3.x of CK2.
------ Old review -----
This is one of the better music packs in my opinion, however, unlike all previous music, including the base game music from 2012, this is in a rather feeble 128 kbps variable lossy compressed format. This isn't 1992 Paradox. I'm sure this is a silly mistake, but still, until it is resolved, and the bitrates of the music are back to at least what can be considered "default" for CK2 (192 kbps), I will refrain from recommending this music pack.
I realise I'm being harsh, but there are ringtones for old Nokia phones with higher production values.
I will amend this to recommended once Paradox correct this mistake.

I was leery at first about buying. I like metal but not a lot of guttural voicals. The tracks are amazing.

Wow. CK2's soundtrack is so epic and immersive, so I didn't expect this pack to be very good - not only is it actually good music, but it actually fits extremely well with the theme of the game, ESPECIALLY playing as a Germanic character.

Wow, this music pack is much better than I was expecting. It's not outright "metal" which is good, but a melodic merging of genre. Very well well done.

After spending many more hours with the game, I love the new music even more. I almost want to replace all the original Western Europe Catholic music with this new stuff. I sure get excited when the random music generator brings up one of these music tracks.
