Great software, I've learned alot. Recommend to beginers and middle level guitar players

Excellent learning tool, only wish it was available to play through Linux, my preferred OS.

Very short on content. I do recommend it for complete beginners. For $50 I was expecting a course that would take about 4 or 5 months and go into at minimum some advanced playing techniques. Though parts of the very minimal program were good, there are only a little less than 200 pages of content in which many are filler pages and appears to have been put together in the 1980s. Most if not all the progress is simply learning basic strumming techniques - emphasis on "basic". Towards the end of the course you get into some very basic notes and then it simply ends... If this is the first time you picked up a guitar and this course was only $15 I would highly recommend it but not as a training course - as a "intro to guitar" course. If you give it about an hour a day, you'll run through it in about 10 days. That does mean it's less than a cup of coffee a day so maybe I'm wrong on it's value...

works until you install any other games through steam then you get error 51 and have to delete and unistall both steam and emedia, then reinstall, something to do with quickmedia?

It runs but gives a script error. Doesn't play sounds or videos and notes don't show properly. If there's no fix, I'll probably refund it.
