A little expensive for what it is but £4 is still not a lot of money. Over all game is a nice little casual time killer, would probably do very well as a mobile game (if it is not already).

Well it could be fun to kill some time with it but this game is not really optimized for computer. It's a cellphone game, you will notice the talk of get some gems (they not exist) and have to click through your office to get some contracts. The screen is big enough to place the more frequent used menus (customers, buy car, maybe billboard contracts) somewhere to reduce clicks. When working at customer jobs the painting could be made to be done like wash or repair, if not possible even a sort inside the menu (customers wish 1st position, 2nd one trend) would help to not make this a game of scrolling and clicking.

There's an absurd number of clicks to be done in the game. Most of them totally pointless, like reviewing the payment received and having to acknoledge it instead of just floating the money/stars in, like one extra click in each service area instead of them kicking it automatically, like not being able to accept multiple jobs but having to click on the shop, click on the jobs panel, take the job, rinse and repeat. That is just stupid.

While Car Mechanic Manager is a good time waster, it reminds me too much of a Facebook game. I can't recommend it unless it's REALLY cheap (less than $1).

Very fun casual game. NO stress involved or skill needed, but that's what I was looking for. I only paid like 51 cents so it was well worth it. Don't know if I would have been as happy if I had paid the full price, even though it is not an expensive game. Nothing fabulous but I enjoyed it. Defintely wait for the sale. I played it while doing something else. Great background game.
Car Mechanic Manager
Car Mechanic Manager provides players with the opportunity to manage their own car repair shop, offering a simulation experience that may appeal to automotive enthusiasts. However, its limited scope and repetitive gameplay mechanics may lead to a lack of long-term engagement for some players. Overall, it offers a niche experience for those interested in the automotive industry, but its appeal may be limited due to its simplicity and lack of depth.

I really wish there was more of a sliding scale rather then yes or no. Overall I enjoy the game! Its amusing and what I essentially expect from a time management type of game. It does however hold some very severe issues that would have made me fairly annoyed if I spent more than a dollar on it.
The first thing that drives me absolutely insane is the game keeps references getting 'diamonds'. The problem is they don't exist in the steam version of the game. Which is good, because micro-transactions on a paid game would be even worse.
The other has been mentioned in other comments where when switching the game to steam instead of mobile they didn't translate the terms from a touch screen to mouse based format.
Over all the game play is approximately what I expect for the type of game. Though I recommend waiting for a good sale. I have played a lot better time managements, but I've also played worse.

I really cannot recommend this game because:
- You can get it for FREE on Android;
- The game is just too simplistic;
- Gets boring after 15-30 minutes, at least you can get a refund after that time,
- Obvious mobile port, developer cannot be bothered to change words like "tap" where it is appropriate on mobile game to "click" where it is appropriate on PC.

I'm going to break this down into Pros and Cons sections:
PROS:
+ Simple and easy to play
+ Appropriate for all age groups
+ Low system requirements
+ Doesn't require a time commitment
CONS:
- Simplistic to a fault
- Relatively poor graphics
- Similar games have been released for FREE on Flash game websites
- Extremely annoying protagonist who constantly pops up to tell you inane things
- Can't skip (the very long and boring) tutorial at the beginning of the game
Bottom Line: If you have very young children or need a time waster on an underpowered laptop, this might do the trick. Otherwise, skip it if you're looking for a management game, as this won't scratch that itch.
I'm going to give a "NO" recommendation simply because the majority of gamers on Steam probably won't fit into either of those categories. If I could, I've post a neutral rating, as it really depends what you want out of the game, but unfortunately, Steam doesn't allow that.
