It's fun game that tries different things in it's gameplay loop. Story is stupid but it's fun in the way it's telling and in it's humor. It doesn't take itself too seriously. Made me laugh in some spots. Gameplay loop is kind of boring/repetitive as you smack opponents until they or you die. The game has extras as different bombs and healing items but in the end I used only the healing items as they were easier to use than cycling trough items to use (rather than press two buttons and thinking, I just used health potions). But I was addicted to collecting collectables. In the end I collected all muffins and stickers*. Had fun with the story and the levels. Levels mostly were straight forward and you could tell where the secrets were hidden. Also throughout the game there were more aspects to different levels a.i. swinging and underwater sections that broke the mold and made the game more fun. In the end I wanted to fully complete the game but in early game there was two decisions that locked me out of it. One related to a whale having wrong pants and One with the elections. So if you want to 100% this game then keep in the mind that you have to make two right decisions that can lock your achievements (for legal reasons I have to say I didn't search a way do undo these mistakes). I recommend this game to somebody who like platformers or to someone who wants to play with their children because it's on the easier side and easy to learn. It took me 3 evenings to beat.

Better played with a friend just for the fun of having two players, but the art is endearing and the humour is spot on. Came back to get this game on PC after re-watching old DanTDM videos. Can say the game still holds up.

Very fun and relaxing game, also with a friend in local co-op! Nice graphics and sound design, it is a perfect chill platform feel good.

The gameplay is painfully simple, from shallow button-mashing combat to barebones platforming with lacking variety in both level design and enemy types. Coupled with the long-winded levels, this makes the game a dull experience that overstays its welcome by the time you're midway through the game. I've also gotten softlocked/stuck a few times during levels and was forced to restart.

Cute "feel good" game Fun platform-core game with touches of RPG and fights. Lots of charm and interesting abilities. Controls are fine-tuned, so one feel empowered while alternating acrobatic and fighting combos. Mostly a relaxing breeze, but not so easy as to enable oneself to play distracted. Silly childish & self deprecating sense of humour (for mature audiences) with joyful, colorful winks. Awesome game!
