This is a game that really surprised me with how good it was. It takes a gritty somewhat realistic approach to it's story, that makes it stand out from other games in the genre. I really enjoyed the stat system that rewards you for taking actions, that will lead to different branching paths that give the game more replayability. The average playthrough is about 3-4 hours, however if you want to see everything it will be double that. There's even more ways to enjoy the game with unlocking achievements and a challenge run. For the value alone this game will certainly reward the player with plenty of content to enjoy.
Lethal Eden has a great cast of characters. I even found some of the supporting cast really interesting. It certainly helps that all the actors give solid performances and the script is quite excellent. Some games have one too many twists/reveals in an attempt to keep the player's attention, this game knows how to maintain a balance and it's story is compelling enough to keep you wanting to press on to see where the story goes.
This game is a must play if you're at all interested in this genre, or if you just enjoy a good drama.
