Glass Masquerade 4 good.
Kind of redundant at this point but here’s a short review for this relaxing puzzle game.
Gameplay
It’s a puzzle, a jigsaw one.
Story
No story but each glass window tells a little something through imagery alone.
X-Factor
It has the looks of a glass window, complete with soft shimmering light going through the artwork so it’s always somewhat animated instead of just a static image, each piece has a weird shape which is a welcome change from normal jigsaw puzzles, and it’s playable in bouts of 15 minutes so a puzzle or two can be sneaked in whenever you have time and want to occupy some of it with some stress-free puzzling.
Downsides
I’d say it’s not a s good as the first one since I preferred art to not be as “heavy lined” and have different shapes to build out from instead of always the same circle

Good little timekiller, discounts are frequent, I suggest to play on hard mode to enjoy it even more and make it last longer.

Glass Masquerade 4 felt like the series took everything it learned from the previous games and polished it into a smoother overall experience.
The UI is clean, simple, and easy to navigate. The main menu gives you a nice overview before leading you into the puzzle selection, which is organized into different themes such as mythical creatures and zodiac-inspired collections. I also appreciated that each section contained a reasonable number of puzzles, so it never felt overwhelming.
The puzzle settings, cuts, and difficulty options also felt a little more refined, even if they weren't drastically different from the previous game. Everything was straightforward and easy to figure out. I also enjoyed the Celestial DLC.
One of my favorite changes was the achievement design. Compared to the earlier games, the achievements felt much more realistic and progression-based. Instead of requiring near-perfect accuracy or completing every puzzle on the hardest difficulty, this time you only needed to try different puzzle cuts, difficulties, and complete the puzzles naturally. It made going for 100% much more enjoyable instead of feeling like a chore.
My only real criticism is that, while the artwork was still beautiful and stayed true to the series, something about the overall execution didn't resonate with me in quite the same way as the previous entries. It wasn't the themes, subject matter, or art style itself—I actually enjoyed those. I just felt the artwork didn't come together with the same emotional impact the earlier games had. It certainly wasn't bad, and I still enjoyed it, but it didn't leave quite the same lasting impression on me.
Overall, I still had a great time with Glass Masquerade 4. If you enjoyed the previous games in the series or simply enjoy relaxing puzzle games with beautiful stained-glass-inspired artwork, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.

Better than the previous (but we won't easily forget the AI generated images) but still this milking dynamic in action. This could have easily been a DLC. There is whatsoever nothing new.

for this 4th game in the series, we went back to basics with the stained glass design. although that is something that i liked in glass masquerade 1 and 2, i still prefere the artstyle from glass masquerade 3.
but i feel like something was missing with this one. the images all seemed a bit off and definitely not as detailed as in the other games.
i also noticed that there was less content than in previous games, which is quite disappointing.
i still enjoyed playing as i always do with glass masquerade, but i unfortunately won't be getting any dlcs from this one, i got enough with the base game.

The fourth installment of the Glass Masquerade series features a return to the stained glass style of the first two games, and that makes it a return to form. Onyx Lute has more or less perfected the formula with the additional features here, too: the options for adjusting gameplay are nicely unobtrusive.

This is more of the same thing. It's beautiful. So many options for how you want to play. I still prefer the UI from 3.

Same as part 3. Not much changed so far as I can tell, except for the pictures of course. so I'll just copy-paste most of the review from the previous game.
Relaxing puzzles just like the first three installments.
There are several type of cut-outs you can select from. The original 'stained glass' figures being one of them. A mode setting determines if you get all pieces at once or in batch according to some pattern.
You can play the way you want or go for the special achievements. All of them are easily attainable.

just like the games before but still good fun.
however in this one i feel like the stained glass look of many puzzles got somewhat lost and that's sad news. it's kind of in the name of the game after all.
finishing the game on hard mode took 7 hours without dlc. here hard mode means you need to rotate the parts to the correct orientation before placing them and that adds a surprising amount of time needed for each puzzle.
but in a good way! there's no need to rush a good puzzle game after all.
going for 100% achievements added almost another hour.
solid puzzle fun for just a few bucks!
dlc note:
the dlc are not needed to 100% the game.
