Great cheap game, a nice throwback to games like Asteroid.
I'd love for a dynamic background, that would be cool :)

The Ship is green? The Illuminati sign is green... coincidence? I think not! This shitty theory means that this game is illuminati.. You must MUST buy this game simple because it is illuminati..

edit1:
still need to test the game, because the standard controls caused me to disrecommend this game;
but fast support from dev to change the controls.

Does what it should.

As far as I'm concerned, for the price its worth it.
The main thing I have to highlight on is the atmosphere the game gives you. I must admit that the controls are a little clunky and weird to get used too. However once you do and coat yourself in the music and simplicity of the game, I found it to be pretty calming. Also its art design is neat.

Updated Review
As Of Sept 08 2015 the dev has put alot of work into this, and it really feels like a complete game with single player modes, and a good variaty of local multiplayer game modes. Great sountracks/effects and a good scoring system, every thing you need in a game that will keep you and friends entertained for hours, drifting away in deep space blasting way.

It is a spinoff of asteroids with some new play modes and multiplayer added. I don't recommend this game simply because it feels unfinished. I would expect an indie game to be a little unpolished, but this one is too much so. The developers have a great thing going and I could see this being very fun if they just finished making it.
For example, asteroid defense gives you limited shots, but does not display that anywhere, the "asteroids" are just squares with no curvature at all. Race mode does not show what lap the player is on. I had a little trouble even figuring out what the track was.
The game is lacking some basic animation as well. Unlike the Asteroids game we know and love, the asteroids do not break apart or even appear to explode. They literally just disappear when hit. Not even a few pixel dots scatter.
So overall I found it disappointing to say the least. An otherwise great and probably well-selling game fell short due to some lazy programming. I would say to the creators to pick it back up and just focus on user experience. Everything else is there.
