Definitely worth it for the wonderful soundtrack/art and to support the dev. However wouldn't recommend it for the attached game, as the clunky controls make it ridiculously challenging to play. I still would recommend getting this, just don't expect too much from the mini game.

Close Your Eyesをプレイされ、気に入られた方には間違いなく満足されるDLCだと思います。
最初DLCの起動方法がわからなかったのですが、ストアページに書いてありました。
"Girl's Graveyard"というミニゲームがメインの梱包物ですが、それに加え、
Close Your Eyesのインストールフォルダに、Steamアイテムに使用されている絵図（バッジ全画像・全アイコン・全背景）、設計時点でのコンセプトアート、ゲーム内で使用された画像、使用されなかった没画像（！）、サウンドトラック（！）等が追加されており、ゲームを気に入られた方は"Girl's Graveyard"抜きでも非常に満足される内容になっています。
しかし残念なことに、"Girl's Graveyard"自体が怖かったかというと、これが非常に残念な出来で、"Close Your Eyes"本編のようにプレイヤーの正気を失わせるような要素はありませんでした。
途中で少しかゆくなったので、耳から指を奥まで突っ込んで脳をくちゅくちゅかきながらプレイしても全く問題なく、あまりの単調さに飽きてきたので試しにはらわたに手を入れて臓物をかき回しながらプレイしてみましたが、それでも恐怖が得られなかったので、仕方なく腹部に突き入れた腕を更に上に伸ばして肺を握り潰してみたのですが、呼吸が困難になったため気道にハサミを入れる必要があり、喉を内側からこじあけ、ようやく空気の通り道が確保できたのですが、やはり怖くなかったため、目が悪く何か見えていないものがあるのだろうかと眼窩に指を突っ込んで両目を取り出すと神経の束がプチっと切れる音がして、取り出した目をモニターに近づけて見たのですが神経が切断されているために何も見えずなんだこれはという感じになり、穴の空いた胃から流れ落ちる酸が臓腑を焼き非常に辛く、破れた腸から未消化の食料がこぼれ落ち虫がたかり、また全身から滴る血が生臭く、目が見えないものの蝿や蛆虫、ゴキブリ等が全身を這う感覚があり、恐怖を全く得られることが無く非常に不満が残る作品になりました。"Close Your Eyes"という作品名の通り両目をぷちっと握りつぶして完全にCloseしてみましたがやはり何も感じることはなく、まぁ神経が切れてるので当たり前なのですが、ブラインドタッチが出来るので感想を書くには支障はないものの全く怖くなかったですし今でも眼窩から血が流れ伝うのが皮膚の感覚から分かります。ゲーム自体は全く怖くありませんでした。トレイラーを見ていただければ全く怖くないのが分かるかと思われます。
いずれにしてもClose Your Eyesをプレイして、あのタイプのホラーが好きな方には非常にオススメのDLCとなっております。しかし私は見ての通り全くの正気ですし、ゲーム本体は怖いものではありません。

Very good extra content, with fantastic music, great plot, and some really tough action gameplay of a sort you almost never seen in an RPG Maker game. It's honestly maybe just a little bit too tough, or perhaps that's just a personal issue... either way, I had a great time with this.

Definitely might have missed the boat on this one since Yai is currently working on Close Your Eyes Anniversary Remake, which from what I can tell will have all of the bonus content included in this and then some, but I consider the two bucks this costs to be a way to fund further content from them. For two bucks you get access to the game's soundtrack and a whole boatload of artwork from the game, as well as the bonus side game "Girl's Graveyard."
You play as Kiki in an arcade type experience where you must dodge ghosts and bats on narrowly designed maps to get pieces of candy. There isn't much of a story at first, but patient players will be rewarded (and trust me when I say you gotta be patient- these sections can be infuriating, so infuriating that it took me several years to come back and beat this part). This seems to expand the universe of Close Your Eyes in some pretty interesting ways, and if I'm not mistaken, it ties into one of Yai's upcoming titles pretty directly. Either way, it has everything that makes the base game great as well as some insanely frustrating arcade sections.
Support Yai Gameworks and download this pack even if you already own the anniversary remake.

If you liked the base game, the DLC is 100% worth getting. More content, same flavor, possibly even weirder, and a unique side story. Aside from some minor RNG frustration it's 100% amazing!
