It's Diablo 2 with less pixels.

Great game so far, runs very well on Steam deck.

So overrated. Repetitive as hell, makes it feel like endless fever dream. Neither AAA devs nor Indie devs understand, that detailed and customized progression is not everything, that makes the genre satisfying and engaging

This game is a literal cognitohazard. It's simply too fun, too addictive, too diverse and deep. Probably the best single player ARPG out there. If you have a job or family, avoid.

It is a very fun Diablo like game. Tons of fun loot and skills to experiment with. I like playing in on my 65" 4k TV with an Xbox controller. One complaint is the UI does not scale or I haven't figured out how to scale it.

Great indie ARPG! Lots of builds to play with through an infinitely scaling end game!

Very much Diablo II Lite, without the Online Multiplayer, basically no story, and more pixeled graphics. It's a pretty good game for a small team or one guy, but the Very Positive reviews feel a bit overhyped for what this game does. There's a lot of options with builds, masteries, and end game difficulties, but the end game is really just endless loot grind with random dungeons that feels a bit pointless. The end of the campaign is super anti-climactic, and the end boss dies in 7 seconds on Epic difficulty.

Campaign was fun, the progression is smooth and there is some nice and accessible crafting systems, with way more in the endgame. There was great potential BUT unfortunately I hated the endgame gameplay. Basically most of the game modes require you to clear some mobs in a map to create a portal and move forward. The problem is that you often need to backtrack like crazy to fill the quota, and boy it doesn't feel good. Clearing 80% of the map but having to go in that annoying corner on the opposite side to get the extra kills is a pain. So even if scaling is great and crafting is definitely interesting, I am not giving time to a game with such a boring mapping.
