worst wrestling game i have ever played ive put in over 100 hours and i wish i wouldnt have also bought the wcw edition and this game is definitely not worth the 150 price tag first off i like the persona cards but being forced to play a mode i absolutely despise in my faction mode and to make matters worse world tour this year is just god awful and its not a skill issue cuz i play on legend in every other mode im stuck in world tour cody and dusty match they start off as infinite and 90 overall and 2 finishers plus im forced to use to scummy overall emerald cards just giving me more of a reason to hate a mode i already couldnt stand wrestling games are supposed to be fun but this is just insane 0 stars and i will not be buying 2k27 i also play nba 2k and thats been going downhill too i think im just gonna stay away from 2k all together

I have 84 hours on this game and haven't had a single crash or glitch. I've touched modes I wouldn't normally like showcase, MyRise, etc to unlock characters I wanted, spent time creating gear, setting up my universe, and more. The best mode on this game in my opinion is Universe Mode. I can create stories and have champions that they wouldn't make champions in real life or for very long at least. It's fun to write all my stuff down for it and be creative. The battle passes aren't great, and I will agree they are a cash grab, but I'm glad they at least started putting the superstars for the season pass for free in the first tier instead of having to earn them. The season passes aren't even worth it to me except for superstars. Would be nice to get the Wrestlemania 40 arena, etc. It's not hard to unlock everything and gives me more hours on modes I didn't think I would touch. Do I hate that they're giving into the battle/season pass craze for more money? Absolutely. I hope next game they decide to let this go, but I don't see that happening. This is the way games are going nowadays. I'm going to keep enjoying the game, and I have also not spent any more money on this game than when I bought it. You don't have to pay for tier skips. It's still optional. Just play and earn. It doesn't take very long and the other modes are fun. Give them a chance like I did!

It's an overpriced mess. I love to play a Royal Rumble match. But it's happened quite a few time that number 30 won't come out. So I'm just stood in the ring by myself with no end. The DLC's don't really add anything worth paying for. Should just be a part of the base game. The MyRise was ok. But they just copied the same story for both the men's and women's story. That's so lazy. The Showcase was good. The Island also. despite that. The game's just a lazy unfinished mess that I doubt they'll fix.

This game is honestly the better ones out of the 2k games, it has its faults, Mainly the stupid DLC. All the wrestlers we had for free in last years game you have to pay for this year. and you get no free VC through the season pass, which is stupid. but overall they have lots of good weapons & match types. they really need to add it back so we can fight in the upper bowl of the crowd/ corridor like we were able to in the older games. 2K honestly doesnt deserve the rights to this IP. Take Two would be a better developer for these games. oh and also cm punk & cody rhodes sucks chunks!

I purchased WWE 2K26 on PC and have been disappointed with the overall experience. One of the biggest issues is the lack of online players. It is very difficult to find online lobbies, which makes the multiplayer mode feel empty and less enjoyable. The gameplay also needs improvement. Wrestlers lose stamina far too quickly, making matches feel unrealistic and limiting the fun. In addition, the game suffers from numerous bugs and glitches that negatively impact the experience. Another major drawback is the absence of cross-platform play. Adding crossplay would allow PC players to match with PlayStation and Xbox users, significantly increasing the player base and making online matchmaking much better. Considering the current state of the game, the price feels too high for what is being offered. I expected a more polished product with better online support and fewer technical issues. Pros: Large roster of wrestlers Good graphics and presentation Cons: Very few online lobbies available Gameplay and stamina system need improvement Many bugs and glitches No cross-platform play Overpriced for its current quality Rating: 3/10 I hope the developers address these issues in future updates.

This years game is a nightmare with how bad the reversal system is and then you buy the DLC and its locked behind more stuff to do in game. Also seems like so many characters were ported over and not even work on, the ones they did work on aka main roster top characters look good but that's all. I paid for DLC so that I had it when starting not to work my way up to it. To many bugs. I tried refunding and they wouldn't refund me so now I'm stuck with pretty much a $100 brick. They need to get their crap together and stop scamming customers. This stuff of letting us buy the better editions and locking stuff still is absolutely ridiculous. I MISS WWE SMACKDOWN VS RAW they knew what the people wanted.

[h2] WWE 2K26 — The Cure for Gaming Burnout [/h2] I started this while sick and completely burnt out on video games in general, but it totally refreshed my love for the hobby. The core [b]in-ring gameplay[/b] is easily the best in the series by a mile and it feels incredible to play. Adding microtransactions and a battle pass is tough **** and the worst addition to the franchise, but everything you actually need is free if you just put the time in. I'm 30 hours in and could play this forever, but I need to wrap it up soon because the [b]backlog is calling[/b]. [h3] Score: 4.3/5 [/h3]

The first WWE game I got upon release in almost 15 years, and It'll probably take another 15 years until I do it again. If you didn't mind the previous few WWE 2K games or you're relapsed wrestling fan who have not played any wrestling games in a while, you may enoy it more (enen than wait for the discount). I however cannot recomend it. There has been little to no improvement in Universe Mode or MyRise since 2K took over from THQ, and CM Punk's showcase is the most disjointed and boring ones I've played so far. I liked the idea of alt-reality, but the execution felt lazy (you can play a fantazy match of CM Punk vs Kurt Angle for example with no story to it in a regular 1v1, is it really worth it's own mode?). The technical side isn't that impressive either, the worst offender being borderline unrecongizable models and AI oponents behaviour (especially during tag team matches). It's not all doom and gloom though: The Island (my first time playing the mode since I skipped 2K25) is a lot of redicoulous creative fun, I enjoyed playing some of the newer roster members and the heel turns in MyRise actually make this mode entertaining. Overall, I wanted to like it way more than I did, or at least look forward to the next one, but with 2K struggling to figure this franchise out since 2014, I won't hold my breath.

Stay away from this. Wish I could recommend this as it's still a WWE game and if you've played any SvR games or even PSX era wrestling games before you'll know just iconic they can get. Basic mechanics are still good, I loved the ragdoll physics, community creations are good, hell, I even like The Island. Unfortunately though, 2K26 here is also riddled with passes and microtransactions. If you want to unlock everything the game has to offer you are prompted to farm annoying MyFaction matches over and over. The catch? Game bugs and constant client crashes completely tank your progression. Did you just sweat through a daunting, 10-man elimination gauntlet match? Did you have to sit through reputation farming for The Island matches? If our client crashes, guess what, we don't give a ♥♥♥♥! TL;DR: mid game buried under a 0/10 business model, not worth paying full price for this. Save your human monies.

the game is not perfect how ever decent game play here's my list 1. please make the my rise like wwe 2k16 my career 2. remove my faction 3. remove the island mode 4. add my rise/my career cut scene's to universe mode 5. add citys show before starting a RAW,NXT,SMACKDOWN,Tripple AAA shows in universe mode 6. stop the nickel and diming US 7. just have the game update into the next wwe 2k game directly
