Two Digits Reviews
Simple, minimalist and difficult. Two Digits is a perfect blend between insanity and happiness. You are given 9 numbers less than 100, and all you have to do is to choose two subsets with the same sum.

If you want a perfect game achievement then this game is for you, but without a guide it might take like 10 hours and even the 1 hour grind I did was exhausting, also extremely boring.

So there are 9 numbers, out of those 9 you have to figure out what 3 of them will have the same sum as another 3 of them. 3 are not used in the solution. If you like math puzzles like this combined with the sort of relaxing music you would expect in a game like this you will like this game. The number of puzzles you get for the price is a good value. 2 suggestions - I'd like it if you could right click for one color and left click for the other color (as of now you need to click past the first color to get to the 2nd color) and multiple profiles or save slots.

Compared to the sequel Three Digits, Two Digits is actually an OK game. Of course there're some design problems, but still, it's fairly enjoyable calculation game and quite easy to get through all 250 level.
Some problems:
- Didn't make good use of right click because it's a good way to separate the action of marking different colors.
- The left and right portions of the screen are just empty. Making good use of the space will make the fonts bigger which will cause less eye usage problems.
- There are 3 prime number levels but one of them is not even composed by prime numbers.

Really fun game if you love math. Achievements are unlocked automatically just by beating levels, which makes me wish they had thought of some more complicated achievements such as beating a level within a certain time or using certain quantities of numbers in your solution.

Two Digits is a math like game where you need to select numbers that add up to the same sum. The game is as simple as that. When I first stated playing, some of the levels were relatively simple, but this changed very fast. The levels started getting varying levels of difficulty, with some of them taking quite a long time to figure out the solution.
I will be using a new scoring system for my reviews going forward, and below I will start with this game (although not the best for most categories).
Gameplay: 20/30 --- Good math like puzzles for those that like it
Story/Progression: 15/20 --- No story, so judged purely on progression, which is good but gets repetitive
Graphics: 9/10
Music & Sound: 0/10 --- Not sure if it's just me, but I didn't hear any sounds or music
Level & World design/Creativeness/Ease of Play: 4/5 --- Levels were creative enough at first, but later on it got repetitive
Length/Replayability: 4/5 --- 250 levels is quite a bit
Price: 5/5 --- This game is very cheap
Developer/Bugs/Updates: 5/5 --- Nothing wrong with this category gets a 5
"Funness" Discretion Score: 7/10 --- The game was fun enough, but later on it just felt like a grind
Up to +-5 Bonus Points: +0 --- Nothing of significance to add or deduct points for
Rating: 69/100
Overall, not a bad game and it is quite entertaining for those that like a good mental math game. However, if you don't like that type of game, you should probably avoid this. As for me, this game will be getting a recommendation, although it is on the edge.

Initially, it was with some sadness that I lumped Two Digits into the "Not Recommended" category. Mostly, my verdict was based on (a complete lack of) difficulty. It was disappointing, because I like number puzzles, and conceptually this sounded like a fun idea. But after breezing through 250 levels in 2 hours, I was worried that the entire concept might be too easy... it's just basic addition after all. $4 can find a thrifty Steam shopper much more than 2 hours of enjoyment.
However! With the latest update, all of the levels have been remade, with easy solutions removed. While individual puzzles still won't take very long, they at least require actual thought now. Perhaps more importantly, this also shows that the developer is paying attention to community feedback and actively (and quickly) updating the game.
In the future, assuming additional levels are added, this will be an easy recommendation for those who enjoy this kind of game. For now, my "Yes" is a vote of confidence in the developer and the concept.

Fun little math puzzler. Click the digits once (green) to add them up to a certain number, then double click for the second one (red). Level completed if both colors are the same. Guide exists if you get stuck or just want a quick 100% achievement completion to the list.

Really clever puzzle game. I wouldn't consider it very challenging since after a handful of levels you kind of get the hang of the game and can zip through the rest. However, I would recommend Two Digits since it's super cheap and does provide a little bit of fun. Nothing too special but worth a small purchase.

A nice logic puzzle game that is both easier and more enjoyable than its sibling Three Digits. It approaches boring/grindy toward the end but does not go too far to wear out its welcome.

Little math game. You have 9 numbers, and need to get them (or at least some of them) into two equal sums. 250 times (250 levels). Sometimes it will be very easy and obvious, sometimes you'll have to spend quite some time to get those equals. Works as an arithmetic practice for me, so, I really appreciate the project.
On the other side, I might as well agree with the negatives: all those calculations turns you down, if you're not good with math. And it's not catchy or fun enough, there are not any change in difficulty, really, just different numbers. You're either see the solution right away, or just picking digits until you'll finally see the light. So, generally, Two Digits might be frustrating and boring pastime.
But, as a short brake game, like an aperitif, it works just fine. So, I'll mark it with 6/10, and a sum like "worth its money". Just be prepared for the minimalistic gameplay more suitable for the tablets. On the bright side, it's a game with easy achievements, if you care for it.
